I get very dizzy in sphynx pose/baby cobra.
I've noticed that I always get dizzy or a head rush whenever I do anything like sphynx pose where I'm bending backward while laying on my stomach. Even if I turn over in bed and am laying like that I get dizzy and start to feel my pulse in my head and my hearing goes out slightly. It is very unnerving to me. Any ideas?
