[COMP] Crow pose and I have never gotten along and it’s just one I’ve always avoided. I was so happy to be able to get into crow and hold it for an entire second, which I honestly never thought would happen.

Ways to build a self practice?
I’ve always struggled with having my own practice and doing it alone. I get too lazy at home, stop the practice, and then guilt myself. It’s honestly distracting to do yoga at home because my partner usually watches TV in the same room. When i had airpods it was fine with the noise cancellation but then I lost them lol. I go to classes a few times a week but now that I’m going to be teaching yoga soon I’d like to build a better self practice, including strengthening poses. If anyone has any tips id love to hear :)
