Advanced yoga like crows pose?
I recently started doing advanced yoga and I’m pretty flexible. Does anyone have one of those composite images that show a lot of different advanced yoga poses that are very advanced? Or could someone list a bunch of poses they like that challenge a lot of balance and flexibility?

Leggings waist band rolling down
Does a waist band rolling down during practice (particularly during movement like forward folds, etc.) mean the size is too big, or something else? In this particular brand, the sizing chart put me in a size small, but when I tried them on, they were so small I didn't bother pulling them all the way up, and I got a medium. Would a smaller size solve this dilemma? For what it's worth I also have a high waist and so leggings always stop a couple inches below my natural waist, which could be contributing to this.

Suryanamaskar or any particular aasan to gain weight?
I need to gain weight and thinking to do 6 Suryanamaskars every morning only for flexibility and to maintain the healthy system throughout the body. Is it possible to gain weight with slow and steady Suryanamaskars? Or any particular Aasan you would recommend for healthy immune system and gain weight at the same time please? Thank you

Hot yoga or yoga?
Hello I am a very stiff person due to some malfunctions from birth which makes joint mobility hard (mainly hips and ankles) + balance issue. I would like to go into yoga to try to improve my flexibility a little bit but I find it very hard. I tried hot yoga once, years ago and it felt easier to achieve certain poses thanks to the heat. Hence my question : if you’re very stiff, is hot yoga a good starting point ? (Assuming I can adjust with the heat and breathing - I am only referring to the movements, if that part is easier on the body?) Many thanks for your advice !

YTT 200 is not covering the right material
I'm 160 days into YTT200. So far, we've spent the entire time on philosophy and anatomy. We haven't learned anything about poses, cueing, teaching, or business. This is an in-person class and we've never actually done any yoga at all. It's jus sitting and taking notes. The class does not have an actual curriculum and the teacher refuses to tell us when will actually start learning about teaching. The teacher ignores all of our questions. The entire class is very worried. Any suggestions for what we can do? Is this typical? because it doesn't seem to follow the Yoga Alliance guidelines.
