Anyone else prefer Studio to At Home Practice?
I'm motivated to practice and Practiced at home all summer but now that I've joined a home studio and been visting others. I don't have the desire to practice at home. Anyone else feel this way? I just feel like I'm not as dedicated as I think I am 😑

Tree pose question
I can only get my leg to stay up on my thigh if I’m wearing shorts or tight yoga pants. If I try to do it in anything else my foot slips. It doesn’t matter how much pressure I use. It’s been this way for years. Anyone have tips? Sometimes I do a practice in regular sweats if that’s what I’m already wearing or it’s laundry time and that’s what’s clean.

What's the best way to get into yoga?
Hi there, i'm completely new to yoga, and i would like to know what's the best way to get into it alone without taking any classes or paying for someone / some app. Thanks!

Do you follow a yoga routine?
I am new to yoga and I am just confused about what poses or routine you have. So for example I know when people work out they tend to do something like arms one day, legs and glutes the next day, upper body, lower body etc. Also while there is definitely some variation in which exact workouts they are doing they are likely doing most of the same such as always doing squats on leg day. Is yoga like this? or do you do almost all the same poses every day you do yoga (ones that benefit all different parts of the body) and then do a couple different ones here and there? Such as the same flows but then trying a few harder poses

Wearing yoga clothes to bed
So I'm getting better at getting up and going straight into a little yoga sesh, trying to build in 15 mins before bed too... It sounds ridiculous but one barrier I have is having to change from my day clothes to yoga clothes to bed clothe, so I'm thinking of wearing yoga clothes to bed. Does anyone else do this? Would love to know what brand / style yoga shorts and bras you wear. I'm thinking I need something comfy and breathable... But not premium like Lululemon (Im only going from bed to my living room!) Any thoughts?
