Hand pain tips??
Hi! So I did yoga for the first time this morning (I was bad obviously) but my palms hurt a lot. For context I have cysts on both my wrists so I have to put my hands angled to my finger pads to decrease pain. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can make it less painful?

Yoga helped me quit smoking & calmed my anxiety
I can't believe it. I've been doing yoga for 1 MONTH. Only one month. From the first week, I suddenly stopped smoking & I realized it was because of yoga. I'm so grateful and happy!!

help required with daily routine
Hello, I like to exercise and I have recently started putting more time for yoga (still a beginner) and meditation. But I do like other types of workout too. I would like your help in creating a routine such that I do not overwhelm my muscles and mind, and my time is also balanced with my studies. I like yoga, pranayama, meditation, strength training/ gym, running. My general goals are strength, healthy cardiovascular, body-mind connection and calmness of body+mind. I am thinking something like Morning: Yoga (30 mins) every alternate day + Meditation (30 mins) every day Evening: Strength training (1 hour) + post gym run (10-15mins) 4-5x a week Night: Meditation (15 mins) every night Is this feasible? Where should I put pranayama in this? I am open to reducing gym time if some needs are being satisfied in other activites. Might be relevant: I am currently doing vinyasa yoga. Open to all suggestions. Thank you :)

When you think of others, you no longer think only of yourself. When we face problems, we can use our intelligence to overcome them. We have to tell ourselves, ‘I’m a human being and I’m not alone’. We need never feel hopeless.

Live Yoga Classes Suggestions India
I’m looking for suggestions for live Yoga Classes in India. I’m seeing multiple options online but I’d like to join a class where the trainer would also monitor my formations and correct me online. Open to suggestions for personal training as well but all options I came across were >Rs 500/session which is quite expensive for me.
