Feeling Dizzy from Frog Pose

Hi all! I was doing a Yin yoga class at home yesterday and we held frog pose for about 5 minutes. I like to close my eyes during these poses, it helps me connect to my breathe and be mindful. About halfway through the pose, I started to feel like the room was spinning and I was quite lightheaded. Once I opened my eyes again I was fine but was wondering if anyone has experienced this before? Or maybe knows why this happened to me? ​ I practice frog pose quite regularly and have never experienced this before. ​ Thanks in advance

Recommendations for any yoga flows that don't put weight on shoulders

I recently discovered I have a slightly dislocated collar bone (clavicle) and need to rest it. But at the same time I don't want to stop my yoga practice (my usual routines vary between Hatha, Vinyansa and Ashtanga flows on YouTube while I'm currently travelling) so I'm looking for recommendations of YouTubers/video flows or general flow suggestions that won't put weight or strain on my shoulders. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! (Am a long time lurker on this sub!)

What does my instructor mean when they say “bring some awareness back into your body?”

My instructors finish yoga with this phrase all the time, does this mean during yoga I shouldn’t be thinking of anything else but yoga?
