Came from India and not satisfied with spirituality level of yoga studios here
Most of the focus is on physical aspects but the style of yoga I am used to is more on spiritual and maybe a little religious side (like a little prayer at the end of session) . Should I just do it from home or engage an online teacher from India? (Will have to adjust to time zone difference though) PS I live in freemont, california

Recs for plus beginners?
Hi there, I've started taking some yoga classes with my gym for the past few months on top of some strength training and cardio. Issue us that I'm plus size(320lbs) and a lot of the poses can start to cause pain or bruising in my hands and knees because of my weight. While I do pose modifications and take breaks when needed this has been an ongoing issue and I am the largest person in my class. I've seen plenty of pose modifications and I can make some up on the fly for what feels comfortable for my body but I was wondering if y'all have recommendations for mats, gloves, or other things(I'm still unfamiliar with a lot of yoga stuff😅) that might help reduce that discomfort. Thanks <3

Best asanas for spinal twist?
So far I’ve read about Supta Matsyendrasana and Parivrtta Trikonasana Are there any more asanas you consider worth doing for spinal twist? Thank you!

Yoga with Adrienne Courses
Hi! I do yoga 3 times a week at a yoga studio but I am starting to do it in the mornings right when I wake up, I have a little experience ( 1 year) but not yet to do my own routines. I've been looking at the Yoga with Adrienne to have as guide in the morning, but wondering which one is the right one for a intermediate, not too intense as I will have the whole day ahead of me! If you have any experience with these courses or have any others that you will like to recommend please share it! Thank you in advance 🤍
