today reminded me of the best thing I've learned in NFTs: community comes first, and only then will value follow. a team needs to treat its community right; the community needs to treat each other right; when people come together for reasons beyond money, the world is yours. 💫

What kind of things do you like to collect? Postcards? Action figures? Decorative mugs? How about 2,000-year-old carved gemstones? Peter Paul Rubens wasn't just a renowned artist in his own day, he was also an avid art collector. https://t.co/RVsqo3Nfbk

i wanted to start off by sharing my story, and how i got into NFTs. i graduated in 2020 at the outset of the pandemic with a sociology degree and a barely passable background in art history. i worked as a freelance writer, but i struggled mightily with opportunities. 1/

Do you see any similarities? Look near the bottom of the cameo! Rubens used the pose and gesture of the defeated enemies on the Gemma Tiberiana to compose his own powerfully evocative depiction of a woman mourning the destruction of war. https://t.co/zcF11MoASz

Never odd or even? Race fast, safe car! Today, depending on how you write the date, is a palindromic date (12-11-21), so what’s your favorite palindrome? (Is it the picture above, the palindromic poem Kyo?) https://t.co/79gDvGtBLz @metmuseum https://t.co/kJsU3BOq79
