Anthony Davis underwent an MRI today. The results showed no rupture of the right Achilles tendon. Davis will miss tomorrow’s game vs. Minnesota, and will be further evaluated by team doctors upon his return to Los Angeles.

The NBA is overdoing the alt colors and themes

Am I the only one who feels like the NBA is overdoing with the alt-colors, jerseys, and court themes? It feels like every couple of days I flip on a game only to see Magic in orange and white, the Lakers in blue, the Jazz in orange-red, the Kings in orange, or my beloved Nuggets in their truly *atrocious* red "City" alts. I know there have been some good looks mixed in (while I hate the Lisa Frank highlighter gradient look the Heat are in this year, the Vice jerseys from the last few years have been clean), but to me it's devaluing the identity of the teams and their colors. Am I just an old man on this, or do people agree?
