Twitter's decision to permanently ban Donald Trump from its platform is "problematic," according to German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Her chief spokesman, Steffan Seibert, said rules relating to free speech should be made by lawmakers, not via "a corporate decision." Her stance was echoed by French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire, who warned of the danger posed by what he called "the digital oligarchy." France and Germany's leaders have condemned the violence at the U.S. Capitol, and Trump's rhetoric. At the same time, Europe is increasingly pushing back against the growing influence of big tech. The U.K.'s financial watchdog has a stark warning for consumers looking to profit from the latest crypto boom: be ready to lose everything. "Investing in cryptoassets, or investments and lending linked to them, generally involves taking very high risks with investors' money," the Financial Conduct Authority said in a statement. “If consumers invest in these types of product, they should be prepared to lose all their money." Bitcoin, the largest cryptocurrency, has more than quadrupled in the past year, hitting a record high near $42,000 on Friday before sliding as much as 21% over Sunday and Monday. Link in bio.

Nearly $170 billion wiped off cryptocurrency market in 24 hours as bitcoin pulls back
https://www.cnbc.com/2021/01/11/bitcoin-btc-price-nearly-170-billion-wiped-off-entire-cryptocurrency-market.html Looks like a 20% drop on Sunday means that the Bitcoin bubble is popped at least in the near term. It just goes to show that there is still very little liquidity actually moving the price around. I personally think it will probably bounce back up within a month or two, and the roller coaster will continue again.

My dad does not have Reddit so I wanted to share this on his behalf. He spent a few hours today putting up this sign in-front of his car wash in North Miami. The results were nearly instant. It is lined up and is way busier than ever before. Crazy how big of a difference one sign can make.

What are your 2021 January Stock Picks?
Obviously no one has a crystal ball but what are your stock pick for early January here that you think will rip upwards in 2021. I'm really looking at $Roku and $FVRR which will continue to grow but I'm simply perplexed with Tesla at the moment and don't understand it's movement other than Fomo at this point

The U.S. House will take up a resolution to impeach President Donald Trump for the second time in less than two years, Speaker Nancy Pelosi said. More than 200 House Democrats have signed on to an impeachment resolution that accuses Trump of “Incitement of Insurrection” in connection with the storming of the Capitol by his supporters. The House could move quickly on impeachment, but the Senate is in recess and could not begin to hold a trial before Jan. 19 at the earliest. Click the link in bio to read what could happen next.
