Being busy is not the same as being productive. It’s the difference between running on a treadmill and running to a destination. They’re both running, but being busy is running in place. https://t.co/97FyMeLdFJ

Beware of Advertising on Reddit
First time advertising with Reddit and we have been defending our company from slightly negative comments on our advertisements. We are happy to receive negative comments because it is a chance to educate and change opinions. However, the ONLY positive comment on our advertisement, complimenting us was REMOVED by moderators without reason. The positive comment mentioned Nestlé in a negative way. It is blatantly obvious that the comment was removed because it brought light to Nestle being a terrible company. Reddit mods didnt remove any of the negative comments ripping in to our company but jumped to remove anything Negative about Nestle. Do you leave comments on with your adverts or off? We left them on to create a conversation but it seems to have been a poor idea

SBA 504 Owner Occupancy
What will the SBA do if they discover a property they lent on is no longer owner occupied but it's still being paid in full on time every month? Will this technical default lead to foreclosure proceedings on the property or will they turn their head the other way since payments are being made? For the sake of this situation assume that the property had to stop being owner occupied due to a multi year disability of the owner leaving no choice but to rent the property.

Where to find a Shark to invest in my business
I always read on Forbes about start-ups receiving several amounts of dollars to start their projects but I wonder where to find those investors and I'm not talking about Shark Tank. Do you know the process of pitching an idea to an investor, and how to find them?

Need help with ideas
I am a young entrepreneur that is looking for a new idea. I was born with a curse of going blank when trying to think of ideas and every website on google says the same generic things like “starting a blog or babysitting or dog walking”. What are some unique low start up ideas that you wouldn’t mind sharing. Thank you very much 👍
