I suspect a customer is reselling my store's products. Is this bad?
Our online store does not sell our own branded products. But due to us selling to our neighbouring country, the currency rate is sometimes weaker and therefore, our neighbours can buy our products for what they consider cheap. I think that one of our customers is reselling our products because of these reasons: * Very VERY large order (which is way beyond the threshold to make the shipping free) * Multiple shoes of very different sizes * Complains that the shoeboxes are not included (I have removed the shoeboxes to reduce the shipping costs but each shoe is packed very carefully) My business partner doesn't think that a reseller is a problem for us because "it's still a customer". I think it saturates the market but I can't think of another reason why this is bad for us. Maybe I am wrong and this isn't a problem! What do you all think?
