Employee was injured as he was walking into a hardware store. What to do next?
My employee was walking into a hardware store when he hit his head on some metal pipes that were sticking out of the end of a pickup truck. There were no flags on the pipes, and my employee didn't see them. I have the pickup trucks driver and business info. The employee was bleeding, but did not need stiches. Took him to urgent care where I gave them my insurance info. I contacted my insurance company and filled out the claims report and first report of injury. Is there something/anything else I should do? Thanks

Delivery startup idea
I have a delivery startup idea that I want to start locally. It will especially help people during this time as they want to stay indoors, and I will focus on essential grocery items. The idea will be based on 3 main selling points: no minimum delivery order, no delivery fee and delivery every day before 8 am. What do you think of this idea?

Is it worth it to sell products with a retailer on commission?
Currently my wife and I have a hand full of retailers who gladly purchase products at our wholesale price but sometimes when approaching new businesses to close a sale, we are asked if we would do a commission deal with them instead of an upfront sale. Does anyone have suggestions on how to close those types of customers?

Is there a specialized software or service that will let me make and update a procedure manual?
As the title says, I am looking for a software or online service that will let me input various procedures and how-to's of my business, and spit out a beautiful, easy-to-follow manual with a table of contents that can be easily updated or revised. I have been using a word processor, and updating it is clunky, and always means I have to update the TOC and Index separately, which can be really annoying when creating new service offerings or migrating to different pieces of software- it throws the entire manual formatting out of whack. There has to be a software solution designed for making internal procedure manuals out there, right?
