šŸ§Curiouser & curiouser! I found samples with unusual carbon isotopes, which are key in understanding the evolution of planets. On Earth, this is linked to life but it may still be created by geology. What does it mean on Mars? Ah, thatā€™s the great puzzle! https://t.co/xLKj8QmEL9 https://t.co/L3Gf8oFctP

"Curious. Very Curious."šŸ§ Several samples taken by @MarsCuriosity have unusual carbon signals. Although on Earth the type of carbon is associated with biological processes, scientists offer several explanations for what they've detected on the Red Planet. https://t.co/l1AA0Xe10c https://t.co/jdSz7M92Z3

On this day in 2000, the SOHO spacecraft captured this large, twirling solar prominence. Prominences are huge clouds of relatively cool, dense plasma suspended in the Sunā€™s hot, thin corona. They can sometimes erupt and escape the Sunā€™s atmosphere. https://t.co/8qPAcVsgvT

Why limit the search for life to Earth-like worlds when there are plenty of rogue planets? These starless worlds might represent the most common habitable real estate in the universe. Here's why life is possible on rogue planets and moons: https://t.co/l0aHfnuLqC https://t.co/SPaTl6Heue
