What are you doing to prepare for a recession?
I feel like with all this talk about an upcoming recession, people may take the opportunity to plan ahead, unlike previous ones following 9/11, Bear Sterns or COVID. What are you doing to weather the storm? Does this situation warrant unusual measures?

Do I really need employees?
So I run a small reselling business, currently generates 1.5M yearly. I only have 1 employee at the moment. His weekly task to source/research and report back to me potential new products to sell with price and stuff like that. Currently paying him $600 weekly for about 30 hours of work. But I can do what he does in probably 15hrs or less. Great worker but I think I am throwing away a bunch of money. Should I fire him and just do everything myself if I can manage it? Any tips would help 🙏

Small Business Loan with Co-signer?
Hi all, I need a small business loan to expand my business but currently my credit is not ideal. My fiancé wants to co-sign for me and has excellent credit. Do you have any recommendations on banks that allow co-signers for small business loans? Any experience in the subject would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Profit sharing with my family business
I run a small business with my parents and we have a profit sharing agreement where my percentage of the profit increases each year. I earn 30% of the profits this year, which came out to just over $30k. However, the check that was cut to me had about $12k removed for the IRS, which seems like a ridiculous amount to me. Is there any creative solution for this that would get me more of this money with out having to lose an astronomical amount in taxes? We are looking into sharing the profit as a "gift", which would perhaps be untaxed — but I'm curious if anyone knows of other solutions.

As a business owner, I absolutely couldn’t live without ___________.
As an entrepreneur, I have all sorts of tools and equipment at my disposal, but there's one that I absolutely couldn't live without "my notepad". It's been with me through every step of the creative process, from the initial spark of inspiration to the final polished product. It's my trusty companion and it's always by my side. I couldn't imagine creating anything without it. What's the essential tool you couldn't live without?
