B2B Marketplace - How to create a software MVP on the cheap
I have a startup plan that a few years ago got some decent attention but no funding. Idea was shelved and recently got dusted off. One of the lessons learned was we should have created an MVP (Min Viable Product) Marketplace to show investors. So I'm starting my research for building our MVP and interested in your experience. 1. What lessons did you learn from building an MVP (Software)? 2. Any software firms you would recommend? 3. Did the MVP help you raise funding or ??? I'm sure there are dozens of questions I should be asking and appreciate you sharing your knowledge.

Should I monetize my MVP SaaS on day one?
I built an MVP SaaS product in a month. Itβs currently live and ready for users, but without monetization. The nature of the service makes it very straightforward to monetize, as people are already paying for similar services. I need to establish an entity and get a business bank account before I can properly monetize. The paperwork is in progress. I understand that early validation is critical. My gut tells me that I should wait until monetization is implemented before fully launching, as paid users are the only βtrueβ form of validation. Or should I launch the product now as a free beta and get feedback ASAP?

Free Beautiful Landing Page Template for your Next Startup π
Hi everyone! GitHub repo: [https://github.com/dangtony98/idea-validation](https://github.com/dangtony98/idea-validation) After trying out many project/startup landing pages, finding repeat elements each time such as pricing, FAQ, CTA forms and buttons, and learning a ton about website aesthetics/conversions, I made a simple template with Next.js hoping to speed up the process for everyone looking to get up and running quickly. Features: * Modern: built Next.js and Tailwind CSS. * Responsive: works across all screen sizes. * Extensible: customize the page and easily connect/build an app on it. * Easy Deployment: easy to spin up and deploy to Vercel. * Beauty: aesthetic and alive with animations.

What should a small eCommerce company focus in 2023
We are a small startup (outerwear eCommerce) with a few USD millions in sales. We are focusing on profitability this year rather than growth. We would be happy to get the same revenue in 2023 but better profits. We call it a year of efficiency. Just wanted to know how other e-commerce people see 2023 and what advice you would like to give.

List of scalable π and interesting ideas to generate social media posts for your startup. How many do you use currently?
I have been working on a scalable way to generate exciting and engaging ideas to post on my social media channels for my startup to keep it active. Here is what I could come up with. I am sharing it here and hope others will add more to the list. 1) Memes 2) Polls 3) Quotes 4) Tips: How to .../Ways to... etc. 5) Infographics 6) Play on words 7) "Like if... " 8) Ask a "True or false" question 9) Ask an "if you could turn back time" question 10) Did you know? 11) Social media holidays 12) Share User-generated content 13) GIFs 14) Behind-the-scenes content 15) Emoji-based content 16) Listicles 17) Challenges (e.g., "Can you spot the difference?") 18) Share blogs from others in your field 19) Will you do a "left or right swipe" to this 20) Funny movie reviews Also, have a look at my startup Postanza AI. We will look to automate most of these in the app as well. Thanks for reading.
