Between March and June of 2020, 454 men and 366 women were assessed on their leadership effectiveness using a 360-degree survey. The survey found that women were rated more positively than men — a finding that was consistent with a pre-pandemic version of the same survey. To better understand what was driving the difference, the researchers looked at the competencies that direct reports ranked as most important during the crisis. Notably, respondents put greater importance on interpersonal skills, such as “inspires and motivates,” “communicates powerfully,” “collaboration/teamwork,” and “relationship building" — all of which are categories where women outperformed men. As the crisis continues — and intensifies in many places — all leaders, regardless of their gender, should strive to excel in these areas. The Psychology of customers

Can anyone recommend a book and or video on the psychology of the customers. I own a small restaurant and I don’t understand why some weekend are super packed, non-stop working and then the next it’s completely dead.
