Am I overpaying my CPA?
I pay him $800/month for his services, which amounts to almost $10,000 per year. In exchange he offers bookkeeping services, weekly meetings, and consistent financial advice. I can reach him at any time via text/call. He also helps with preparing taxes including federal and state tax. He has completely cleaned up my books and financial data, but the cost is starting to eat at me. My business only pulls $100K in revenue per year so $10K per year is a lot. Is it worth the money? I am in CA so I understand it may be more expensive here but still feels like a lot.

What would users like to be different with the current news media
People have been losing trust in TV news/channels as well as getting a lot of (fake) news from social media. What would make this better for all of us? Curious to gain some insights what people like or dislike about the current way news is presented and see if anyone has suggestions of what they would ACTUALLY like to see.

hiring someone to handle EDI... is that a thing?
I'm a one-person show, and am about to do a few retail deals with a couple of national retailers who use EDI for their purchase orders, invoicing, etc. I've read the tutorials and attended the online classes from my provider, but I just find it all so overwhelming, and my brain doesn't have the bandwidth to retain the information. Is hiring someone JUST to deal with EDI stuff a thing? If so, what would they be called-- EDI specialist or consultant or something? Or am I being ridiculous, and it'll all seem less overwhelming once I am actively using the system? My melting brain thanks you in advance.

Question about chargeback
I have an online store and I also had a merchant account with square. I fulfilled a $9k order early January and it went through fine with square. I then had another large order and square decided to stop doing business with me and closed my account, I'm guessing because they aren't a high ticket processor. Anyway, yesterday I got a notification of a chargeback for No Knowledge of Charge. I submitted evidence- emails and delivery tags to show that the purchase was authorized and they are investigating but in the meantime they are gonna debit my account for the 9k. Problem is, there isn't 9k in the account and I doubt that my bank is just gonna cover a 9k charge so what will square do if they can't debit my account? I contacted the customer and he said something was going on with his bank and they disputed a bunch of charges but he offered to cover the 9k chargeback. Just wondering what square is gonna try an do.
