Responding to emails when you're angry/frustrated- let the robots do it
Just wanted to share something I've been doing; we all get the occasional email from an upset, angry, or insane customer (sometimes all three). I've been having fun w/ChatGPT in these situations, any time I don't want to spend the better part of a day writing/crafting/deleting/rewriting an email convo with someone who's being unreasonable I've taken to copying and pasting the customer's email to me into ChatGPT and telling it to write a nice reply that's professional/courteous but also firm. Chat GPT instantly spits out a reply email that I can send without wasting any emotional energy. So far so good, I've done it two or three times. It's written something I can stand behind. And it also gives me a little pleasure knowing the customer is arguing with a robot.

Has anyone gotten an estimate for how much their business is worth recently?
I came across Baton ([www.batonmarket.com](https://batonmarket.com?utm_source=naboe))... it looked kind of interesting. Not looking to sell my company, but the valuation part looks interesting. Has anyone used them? Good reviews?Bad reviews? Never posted on reddit before, but I'm looking for some answers on where I should go and this looked like a good community to ask. I don't want to get hounded by business brokers.... Thanks!

Thinking of starting on etsy. Shirt designs not from vistaprint or printful?
I know that places like vistaprint and printful are popular but is that much profit? Maybe I'm overestimating how much even a successful shop sells but $15-20/ shirt then selling it for like $20-25 plus shipping costs seems like not much after everything. I see shirts on etsy for $10 which makes me think it can't be from either of them either. I've got ideas ready for prints, but I'm looking into where I should actually get them created. I've thought about buying shirts in bulk and seeing if getting them made elsewhere at a print shop can save money? Any advice/suggestions appreciated. Thank you.

Would anyone use this?
I was wondering if there's a market or any demand for a rentable golf simulator? It would basically be an outdoor/indoor simulator that would be brought to and set up for corporate events/birthday parties, etc. I know there are companies that do it to some degree. Just wondering if it's something people would use for their events.

Thinking of making a website for your business?
I have a bit of questions if anyone has time to answer, and maybe it even benefits you in the future. What are you looking for when you want to open a website for your business? Do you care about SEO? Do you need marketing? Do you need a perfect design that is tailored to your specific target audience? Or are you more open to just make a quick website that explains your services clearly? How much is it worth to you to open a website? I'm sorry this is a lot of questions, but I want to create an agency that actually provides good service. Also, should I make packages separate for small and mid size businesses? Context: I'm starting an agency for website Design, branding and development for small and medium sized businesses. Thanks for answering, if not, still have a good day!

How should payouts to my partners be distributed?
Hey guys! I hope everyone is out there crushing their week!! Myself and two equal partners started a venture together a couple of months ago that has thank gd been growing very successfully. As we continue to grow, one question that we keep asking ourselves is the following: How do we successfully pay ourselves, while also keeping cash in the business to help it grow? At what point are we able to even think about a paycheck? As of right now, our current rule was that once the business hits 100k in profits, will we pay out 15% total, meaning 5k would go to each partner. It seems extremely conservative in my eyes, almost too conservative. What do you guys think?

Small Biz Owners: I’m 4-5 months behind on some of my invoicing & need help in forming email to clients. 😬🙏
My ADHD got the best of me and I’m behind on invoicing for 2 of my clients. I’m in the process of hiring someone to take over my invoicing/bookkeeping, since it def isn’t my strong suit. I hope to have someone hired in the next week. In the meantime, I want to go ahead and send my 2 clients acknowledging and apologizing about the delay, but I’m having trouble putting it into words. One the clients owes me a total of $4,800 ($1,200/mo for 4 mo) & one owes me $7,500 ($2,500/mo for 3 mo). Can someone help me form the email to what to say? I think I just have a block I’m doing it myself because I feel guilty about the slip-up and procrastination in resolving this. My services provided have been great, though. So at least there’s that. Thank you SO MUCH!

Pakistan faces its worst fiscal crisis in decades and is seeking a bailout from the IMF again — something it’s done more than 20 times. So why is its predicament far graver this time around and why can't the world let it collapse? https://t.co/RfjlM2hTyr
