Owning a business is not for the faint of heart.

I'm tempted to close it down. Break my commercial lease, sell my inventory at cost, pay the loans with other income. It's been nearly a year and I don't think I can do it. I run a very small brick and mortar retail store in a suburb of a medium sized city. It's been hell. The beginning was exciting and the first few months did incredibly. Unfortunately it's too much stress for me to do myself at this point and I can't afford help. The stress in unbearable, and I simply can't do it. Anyone running B&M stores who sticks it out in this economy deserves my praise. You're stronger than I am!

LLC/EIN Discrepancy?

I am starting an online business and was told the many benefits of filing for an LLC (legally, financially come tax time, etc.). I went ahead and created an LLC a short time ago with my state and am all squared away there. I've been waiting to receive my EIN alongside my LLC only to discover that obtaining the EIN is a separate process altogether...which is confusing to me. I planned on opening a business bank account with an EIN so that way my business charges would be separate from my personal expenses and there could be tax benefits as a result. How does tax filing work for an LLC without an EIN? Is it better for tax purposes to get an EIN alongside an LLC?

What is the New 2022 strategies for advertising? FB, IG, TT

Hey guys! Little about my background: I spent 3-6 months on planning, designing, getting inventory, packaging and etc..... for my jewelry brand. Three weeks ago I launch my brand and stated running ads on FB but I dont see much of a results, I be spending more on ads than getting sells. There seem to be something that im not doing right but I cant figure out my mistake; thats why I need some advice from you guys My question is about setting up the right strategies for paid Ads. My new current plan was to start Facebook ads (conversion) 2-3 weeks then start a DPA ad for retargeting my audience. But how much should I spend per day on my campaign? Or in other words what is the minimal amount I should spent on ads to see some good results (at least break even)? In which order should I spend most of my time and money on? (Facebook ads, IG ads, Tiktok Ads)?
