Hot shot trucking business. Can a 19 year olds start such a business?

I’m 19 and I have a hot head for entrepreneurship. I’m looking to start a small business and work my way up. I’m taking classes in college for entrepreneurship and it just doesn’t feel right. I feel like I’m wasting time and money when I could be getting a business going. I’ve looked into food trucks, ski shops, vending machines, e-commerce, etc looking to start a business that I can travel in and or be my own boss. I’ve recently stumbled upon the idea of a hot shot truck business and I’ve begun doing research into starting up such a business. Anyone out there know the ropes, profit margin, work involved, and getting started with such a business?

Wanting to open a coffee house

Hi!! So my boyfriend and I are doing a little bit of thinking. We want to open some sort of coffee house/bakery kind of thing. We just don’t know if it’ll be worth it. It’ll be cozy and a place to relax and get some coffee and some pastries. Do you guys think that it’ll be profitable? We live in a city that has a bunch of eateries; pizza places, Mexican, Spanish, Chinese foods, ice cream, small cafes, starbucks everywhere, yadda yadda yadda. I’m thinking since there’s nothing like this around, it might do well. I’d just like some feedback. What do y’all think?

Rookie question for taxes with single member LLC

Rookie question here: started my own single member LLC over a year ago and need to do 2020 taxes. I've separated my company assets from my personal assets (two different bank accounts). I pay myself a monthly payroll to my personal account but a very low salary. QUESTION: Do I have to declare all of my company's assets on 2020 taxes or JUST the monthly payroll that I paid myself? Also, what tax form should I be using to do this? Thanks!
