My company is doing very well financially and is really fun to run but I've always thought that I would do something great for humanity. All my company does is provide a service that makes the 1% marginally happier.

Robinhood Markets Inc. has filed for a confidential initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission, according to a report late Tuesday - by Bloomberg. Prince Harry has joined the corporate world as chief impact officer at BetterUp, a San Francisco-based startup. The firm works with employees from companies including Mars and LinkedIn on coaching and mental well-being. In a blog post, the Duke of Sussex said he was joining because he believes in the company’s mission of being proactive about mental health. Financial terms haven’t been disclosed. More than half of U.S. employees say they plan to ask for a pay raise within the next 12 months, according to a new survey. Looking For Core Web Vitals Expert

We've been working on our core web vitals and our Lab Data is flawless but our Field Data does not pass. I keep hearing it takes time but we have been 100 since around November. Am I missing a step with starting my business?

I am in the process of starting an entertainment type of business. I have a business plan and pro forma created. Most likely putting in an LOI on a building and am in the process of getting a loan from a bank. We are getting business insurance in place as well. I will need to hire 3 employees, id imagine high schoolers/college students as pay would start at $10 an hour. ​ Is there anywhere that has a full checklist of almost everything you need to think about when starting a business? I just want to make sure I don't miss anything that will bite me in the ass later. Any advice/information would be greatly appreciated.

How would you grow your business

I have been in business for 6 years running a profitable eCommerce store. My biggest problem is I can't grow it further because I pack all day and handle customer service all by myself. The products are cheap and I sell in bulk. If I outsource the shipping, I'm worried it will take too much from my profit. I heard warehouses charge space, charging per unit for packaging + shipping. I probably put in 50-60 hours a week. For those of you who pack yourself, customer service, advertising, etc. are you putting in many hours? Any advice?
