Ok I gotta ask. I’ve had small businesses for over 10 years now (I know, it’s relatively short). But one thing I just can’t master is how to leave the stresses, rude customer comments and problems at the office at the end of the day (until the next time I’m in the office at least).
Sure, I know running a business means it’ll never completely be forgotten at 5, but it’s getting to a point where I struggle to sleep replaying the challenges of the day. Maybe this is a mental health issue more than a small business question but I’m interested in you guys’ approaches on how to switch off and stop business plaguing evenings and family time.

Liability insurance wants to back charge additional premium for 2020. We had no claims
We are a small business. Our liability insurance wants us to pay an additional $719 in premium for the year 2020. We had no claims for 2020. The notice states they will send this to collections if they do not receive a payment. Can they do this? This feels like extortion. This is in Florida.

The never ending emails about problems with your SEO/website
I get about 5 of these a day. Pretty much the same thing. "Your website isn't good enough because of X" Usually the X is something they are "noticing" that shows they never have seen the site. I am always tempted to respond with "your pitch isn't good enough because x."

Direct mail help.
Don’t know if this has been asked here before, I am looking to do a direct mail campaign for my pool company. I have 1000 post cards being made right now and don’t know if I purchase a mailing list or have a service company send out the post cards. I know it’s not cheap but What are some cost effective ways to get around. Thanks

Profit / spending question that is truly dumb but I don’t know who to ask
So I make t shirts. Just got a pay out for $350. I’m ordering another batch which is funnily enough also $350. My question - and I’m totally new at this - my mind is like “oh man you’re just spending your profit again” - But this next round could net $850. So essentially, the idea is to keep building and building? It’s just hard for me if I don’t sell all in one day - to sort of see it build slowly. But that’s ok too right? I know this is totally dumb but I’m just trying to learn :)
