Can't start business from home because lease says I can't. Any insight?
Moved to Missouri recently. I have been printing for many years and wanted to take a crack at starting a legitimate small business. I'm figuring it out as I go along. It looks like I can't get around getting a business license which I'd be fine with, but my residential lease prohibits the use of the property for anything other than residential purposes. So with this roadblock, do I have any selling option without having to register this address with a business license? Or will I have to figure out some kind of dedicated property solution for my printing? Appreciate any insight.

Buying another companies clients advice
I have a \~$500K IT consulting biz and I'm looking to buy another \~$500K IT consulting biz. My desire is basically to buy their clients and integrate them into my company. So, I really don't want to take control of their LLC, I just want to transition their clients and possibly employees to my company. The seller is okay with doing an earn out so I would like to put together some type of earn out agreement. Does anyone have any experience with this type of deal or have any templates/resources? Obviously we may need a lawyer at some stage but being that it's such a small deal I'd like to do a lot of the legwork myself first. I'd also be interested to hear details of how others structured their deals (earn out length, percentages, etc.) as well as how it went transitioning the clients. I would like to make this work as best as possible for all parties involved.

Loan
What is the best way for my newly started business to get a loan? I have a 50/50 partnership and we both have good credit. Haven’t been able to get a loan anywhere. Even places stating “they give loans to new startups and businesses with no income/ cash flow”

Advice
Hey everyone, So I'm starting up a photography/social media management business, and on Monday I had an awesome meeting with this dental practice. Turns out the last company was charing them 9k a month to manage their social media accounts, and they really really sucked at their job. They recently terminated relations with them, and have been looking for someone new. Turns out I came at the right time. I told them because I am building a brand I would give them a two week trial, and if they liked my services they would sign a contract with me. The manager was extremely excited. He even started asking me for my business name, if I had an LLC, how he would pay me etc. He was supposed to call me today (even gave me his personal number say he usually doesn't give it out because he has everyone just email him through his work email) and I have not heard anything from him. I sent him a text and no reply. Am I overthinking this or should I just stay patient?
