Direct deposit options similar to zelle?
Temporarily out of state, I usually pay my worker through zelle, but while I’m out I will need to give him more than the weekly limit since he will be purchasing supplies for me. Is there any decent options that are similar and can transfer money from my business account to his checking account in a speedy way that doesn’t have crazy fees?

What trade/business requires 100-500k startup capital?
I just sold a carpet cleaning business with 10 employees. I didn't like that the required startup capital was so low ($5-20k). This results in a flooded market. Too much competition resulted in low profit margins. So I leveraged others' labor to make more money. While that worked well for me financially, I'm utterly sick of being an employer. Is there an industry or trade that requires a higher startup capital? I'm capable of learning most any skill, got a double business and computer science associates degrees with a 4.0 gpa, 8 years business ownership experience, and willing to learn anything. But I'm only 31 years old and would like a much more streamlined business with 0-3 employees. I'm open to trades that have a low learning curve (like carpet cleaning) or even something with a medium or high learning curve.
