Am I the only one who struggled to find a decent bookkeeper?
Over the past year I've had 3 different bookkeepers/book keeping services, and while all of them claimed to be experts in QBO, none of them actually delivered on doing what I would deem the basics of bookkeeping. Either they could never get the books reconciled on time, or rarely returned my phone calls, not to mention I'm paying 250-500/month for the "service". I have very reasonable expectations, reconcile the books on time each month, answer the occasional phone call, or help me interpret the numbers, and then MAYBE send me a few reports in a PPT each month. I know bookkeeping can get a little complex, but my business is very small and we have 3 accounts, yet just getting a minimum service has been a huge pain. Is this just me or are there a bunch of terrible bookkeepers out there?
