Family Banking App Idea

Hello Everyone! So I have this app idea where you can manage your family finances as a bank. Kinda like the Infinite Banking method. So basically, you can issue loans to your family members and track the loans via the app. Users can create families and add members and manage expenses/finances and family loans. The app will have a personalized feel and the internal app branding will be " (User's Family Name) Bank" eg: "The Baker Bank". Eventually can add things like calculators, buying insurance/mutual funds, tracking portfolio, etc. Is this a dumb idea?? What do you guys think?

Any tips on preventing abuse of Return Policy

Hi, I run a small business both in store and was recently experimenting with going online via my own Website. Normally in store we have a generous and relaxed Refunds Policy to retain Customers Goodwill and Trust in our products and services and Plus in store we are in control of Payment Processing Costs. I would love to do the same online on my Website. But one thing I am a bit worried about is overheads involved in selling Online especially Postage and Payment Processing Charges. I am thinking about passing both the Postage and Payment Processing charges on returns to the Customers but I am not sure if this is wise? So if you have any suggestions please let me know.

Starting a software company?

I have been a software developer for a few years now and am now thinking of starting my own software company/agency. Just wondering if it is better to find a client first before hiring developers (if possible?) or the other way around (standard way?) where you hire staff first before looking for clients? If I were to try to find clients first, how would the process be? Assemble a team while talking with the client? Any thoughts and recommendations are appreciated.
