Scammers are spoofing Chase’s customer support and sounding legit.

Just an FYI to any business owners that use Chase. Scammers are spoofing the Chase Business customer support number when they call. They act super legit, they speak fluent English with American accent, they even use hold music and automated systems. THESE ARE SCAMS. My recommendation is if you get ANY kind of call from “Chase”, get the details of what they are saying is wrong. Then hang up and call back using the number listed on the website. If it’s legitimate any Chase rep should be able to see the issue and get you where you need to go. The scammers will also call back if you just hang up. I’ve tried to raise this issue to Chase but they couldn’t give a shit less that their customers are being targeted. I’m pretty sure I’ll be leaving Chase as soon as I can. Be careful all. This is your hard earned money. Protect it.

Help me name my small business!!!!

Hi!! I’ve recently become a single mother of 4 and after being a SAHM for so long it’s kind of hard to rejoin the workforce. I decided to just try and open a small business of baking goods. Can you please help think of a name for It?? I’m having a hard time to come up with something creative, specially when English is not my mother-language. I’m selling a cake that is made out of honey and chocolate. I thought of something like “sweeten up your life” but I was told that it doesn’t make a lot of sense. What are your thoughts?? Big thank you!!!!

How should I get the word out about my online business?

I started my own little small business. I have a website built already [https://purplepixel.studio](https://purplepixel.studio). What my company does is build websites for companies but I am not exactly sure how to get the word out to businesses about my company. Right now I have just been doing cold emails but I haven't gotten any responses. My question is how do I start advertising and what are the best ways to just get the word out? I have been reading a lot of articles but all of them talk as if you already have a community which I don't.

How to file receipts for taxes first year of business

I just got my bank account, and wanted to know if anyone has experience with saving receipts from before they got their articles of organization for startup costs? Does the purchasing date bought matter if it was before the business was officially recognized as an entity? I hope I explained my situation clearly, if there’s any questions I’m happy to answer for more insight in the comments!

First time filing taxes with small sole proprietorship, any advice?

Hello, so I’m 21 y/o and a few months ago started a very small painting business by myself, I can’t imagine my taxes will be very hard but I’ve never done them before. I’m thinking about hiring a CPA or just going through H&R Block and using their live assistance deal for self-employed. I am of course open to other options if they’re better, and if hiring a CPA is the best option I would love some suggestions! Thank you for any help, it is much appreciated

As a small business owner, what is the biggest data/information/analytics related problem that you regularly encounter.

I am data professional with over 10 years in the industry. I have been thinking of working on some exciting problems that focus and help small businesses as that’s how I see myself giving back. Wondering if you have any problems that you regularly face running your business in regards to data/analytics that has no solutions so far. Happy to chat more if anyone is interested FYI: I am not a sales person or selling any tool or services. I am just curious to see what problems wider businesses face.

I’m super stuck…

I am pretty young and don’t come from to much obey so I don’t really have a cushion to fall back on if I fail. I am middle school aged and over the last year I have been obsessed with making money. The problem is I suck at it and haven’t made a dime. I don’t live in America and there are many gardeners and poorer adults that do a lot of what are seen as main and ideal side hustles for a kid such as lawn mowing, landscaping, and many others. I have been really interested in entrepreneurship and have wanted to create a product to sell for so long but don’t know how to start. I have tried countless design thinking processes, and nothing has worked, if anybody knows about any next steps, I should take, please let me know.

Static v Dynamic QR

I run a small restaurant and am looking to use some QR codes to 1) generate a digital menu, and 2) market via posters in select locations. I can see information about how I can change the "content" of Dynamic QRs whenever I want. But I can do that with static QR Codes, right? If my QR code redirects to [example.com](https://example.com) which is my restaurant menu, then I can change the content without changing the URL. So if I don't want to make use of tracking features and don't plan on changing the URL after the QR has been printed, for me a Free Static QR = Paid Dynamic QR in functionality. Is this correct? Also, which kind of QR do you use in your small business? If you use a paid QR service, which do you use and why? Many thanks.

What's the best credit card processing service for large amounts?

I typically accept payments between 4 - 7,000, so percentage based processors get kind of hefty. Anyone know a good, reliable processor with a low percentage basis, that's more geared towards flat rates?

Best solo 401k with payroll integration?

I would like a no/low fee solo 401k with the ability to take a loan on it. I think I like Etrade's the best. However, I want to use Gusto for payroll and I'm having a hard time figuring out if they integrate easily.
