Need some small business owners to test this app my friend and I made
Hey guys. So I've really been struggling with Etsy, and all the drop shipping and mass produced products taking over the actual small businesses. I have this idea for an app that is like Ubereats, but for local small businesses. That way, you can find out about local businesses in your area, and get the products delivered to you in a very short amount of time (like Amazon does). And you won't have to worry as much about dropshipping (because the products aren't shipped). My friend and I have made the first sprint of the app, and we need some business owners to test it out and see what works and what doesn't. We are very flexible to making changes, we just need basic input. I would appreciate any help, thanks!

How can I file my quarterly taxes?
I have recently gone into business for myself. I did not have any revenue last quarter but I was told by legalzoom that I still needed to file for quarterly taxes and most people just put 0 for everything. How do I go about doing this?

Tax question?
Hopefully this is the right place to ask this question. I'm doing my taxes now on TurboTax (i know). I use square for all my card transactions, which my app tells me I made one amount. TurboTax allows you to link your square with them so you don't have to fill every single thing out, so I did that. Now, it's saying I made a different amount (app still says what it said before). I have no refund disputes and i have triple checked everything but the numbers still have a variance. What do I do now exactly? Take what TurboTax is telling me or manually put in what my app says?

Question about Certificate of Occupancy
Do I need a certificate of occupancy if I’m taking over an existing barbershop space as is, including all the existing furnishings? The space has always been a barbershop… should I be worried that the city might tell me otherwise? What happens if I don’t get a Certification of Occupancy? How much trouble would I be in?

Business transfer to family
I’m transferring a small restaurant to a family member and I’m not intending to charge money. But for tax purposes and in case they want to sell the business in the future, what are things I should keep in mind? For example, I’m taking all the money from my business bank account checking account and transferring to their new bank account. How all this will impact the taxes and what I should pay attention to? 1. We already registered the business under the new owner and have new UBI number Thank you!

Income came in before business account opened for LLC, but within the same month. How to handle?
I am waiting for the articles of organization to get accepted for my LLC, and will be opening up a bank account as soon as that gets accepted - probably next week. However, I had income for my business come in earlier this month that was deposited into my personal checking. I was told I am able to count this income for the LLC/S-corp, but wondering how that should be handled. Do I transfer it from my personal to my business checking? Any insight would be much appreciated. Thank you! \*Also, if anyone has any recommendations for their favorite business banking account, please share! Honestly, mostly just for monthly ACH/Direct Deposits and a few wire and/or ACH transfers throughout the year.

Course reselling
I'm planning to set up a website to sell courses on topics such as becoming a digital nomad, how to dropshipping, affiliate marketing, etc... But instead of creating my own courses, I'm looking to resell courses made by other people (with their permission, of course). I wanted to ask for your advice on two things: first, where can I find high-quality courses to resell? And second, what do you think of my overall business idea? Do you think there's enough demand for this kind of thing, or am I just wasting my time? Any thoughts or feedback you have would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!

I need your help with my registered agent
I registered my company in the state of Wyoming 2 days ago, and I also hired an agent because I don't have anyone in the state of Wyoming. Here's the problem, I'm a non US citizen so due to that, the agent asked me to provide him with a document that verifies my identity as well as my address. I live in a country where my ID, Passport, and driving licenses has most of my information but it does not have my actual address. I don't own or rent a house, I don't own a car, so I don't have a bill to provide. What can I do???

CRM with Kanban board for SMB
I currently use Google Sheets, but with lead volume, that is becoming cumbersome. I have two partners that I work with, and neither one is computer savvy. I want something simple; I don't need ERP or invoicing features. Something that has the following abilities: * Track leads by source * Advance them through a sales funnel/update status/next steps - if it has a Kanban feature, that would be fantastic * Reporting within the platform or the ability to download the data and create pivot tables * Ability to bulk import and customize fields * Notify the sales rep of next step via email or SMS I don't need to send automated marketing emails or be able to call through the app. I've tried Hubspot, Bigin, Pipeliner, Monday, Trello, and Zoho and looked at several others with no luck so far. Any suggestions are welcome. I can't be the only person in this situation, but maybe I'm just missing something simple.

Marketplace for Standard Operating Procedures
I’m currently writing SOPs for my own business, and I can’t help but think how much more efficient it would be to purchase a standard operating procedure doc(s) that is up to date and tailor it to my business. Would you pay for something like this? Does this exist anywhere?

Physical Therapist in NJ
Hello, I am a licensed PT in NJ with a non-PT remote performance coaching business that I launched two months ago. I want to go hybrid and now I’m hearing word that I need to file for another LLC name to operate out of a gym 1x/week. Do I have options to change my current LLC so I can operate as a PT in a gym or no? I really don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars to get this question answered. Would appreciate the help!!!!
