What is one sentence or single word someone needs to say to you which marks them as person who has no clue about crypto

I never talk about crypto to anyone else, but I've overheard a conversation on a bus ride. Two men (from the voice I would assume they're mid 50s) were talking casually about banking crisis, then one of them starts talking about crypto. One said: "The cryptomoney are so worthless, this will crash before banks will crash." The other laughed and replied: "Young people and their magic internet money, they will learn it the hard way then it goes down." I want to spare you the embarrassing nonsense which follows up. People without understanding what crypto is about and how it works, come up with wild accusations, blame crypto for world hunger or whatever and throw random "crash" scenarios for crypto. You guys probably also overheard similar things like this, what is it for you that makes you immediately identify someone who is not understanding crypto like we do?

At at all I want to make clear that I like bullmarkets. Don't get me wrong, I wish crypto to have a bullrun every day! But a bullrun is so stressful: - I constantly had the urge to watch at the charts, everywhere...even on toilet, and the most tiresome was the night SNL with Elon because of the DOGE, I put the alarm clock to wake me up in the middle of the night just to watch the charts during the show...it dumped anyways and I made a loss - following every crypto related media, any news that could lead to a pump let's my adrenaline pump, too! - dips cause a increase in my blood pressure, because I needed to buy that dip asap - pumps causes a increase in my blood pressure, too, because I tried to time the selling At the end I did not make any profits, but a total in losses during the bullrun. Now in the bear market, I just DCA and be happy. Going to just DCA out in the next bullrun and relax.

As troubled as it was, with bots scooping up the most desired ones in seconds and then the store shutting down in the first hours after the official launch, some people might still have interest in the upcoming generations. Finally tipped moons again after not being able to for so long.

For those of you that don't remember or weren't here, you used to be able to tip moons without any gas fees. Then we went to mainnet and you needed a very small fraction of Ethereum to tip. As a sub whenever we didn't have any awards to give a post we'd tip moons or on comments that were either helpful, true or just plain funny. Finally used the faucet after all this time and tipped successfully! There's faucets that give you a free portion of small Eth to help cover you so you can still tip for free. For some reason I got an error and then tried again later and it worked. Haven't tipped moons in like over a year so nice to know that if you run out of awards you can still tip people for their efforts.

Gains or losses aside, why are you here?

I'll go first. Other than gains or losses I'm here for entertainment and learning new things along the way. It keeps me up to date on what is going on within the space and i'll learn and pick up a few things here and there. When I got here in the first place was I was a foolish lurker, doing things such as upvoting comments/posts who were shilling the coins that I was in (I’m sure most of us are guilty of this, lol) buying some DOGE right before the big anticipated elon musk “SNL” event, and not selling my vechain as I watched my $100 turn to $500, then to less than $100 before I sold at a loss. I’ve made some major gains but also some major losses. I learned not to be greedy. Another thing that incentivizes me to stick around here is also moons. What about you? Why are you here? What brought you here and what made you stay?

Hello everyone, I’m not gonna call myself a crypto veteran here, but I’d like to ask everyone to not allow their judgement to be clouded by the recent pumps. Just because a coin has gone up, *does not* mean it’s an automatically good coin. Make sure you are only investing in long-term winners, or else you will get burnt. And in my personal opinion, there are a ton of coins right now that I see people talking about on here every day that are not going to succeed. In the spirit of maintaining neutrality, I will not name any names. But generally, if the strongest thing about a coin is it’s community & holders, that’s a red flag. Do **not** invest coins just because others are. Actually, looking gradually onwards: Technology and innovation should be able to stand on its own, regardless of its community.

Air printed tokens, staked for about 10% gains, then you get free air drops etc. Does this not seem weird to you guys.

I know the euphoria is building and it's going to go wild and bust in the bull run but like Luna , UST, Anchor 19%, my friend was telling me about a way to basically make near infinite money on Anchor. Then I look at other POS that just got printed out of thin air, and people getting worked up about near 10% compounded, but also getting air dropped free tokens as an incentive to hold X token. Does it not ring any alarms for anyone. Free air, that gains interest and drops more free air? I know I'll get some down votes and I've been on this free train before and it's great if you get in early but it has to make you go hmmmm, something doesn't add up
