Do Kwon is a relative newcomer to crypto, but his vision — a stablecoin that’s both easy to spend in real life and free from the tentacles of Wall Street and government regulators — has made him one of its most influential and controversial figures. On one side are the legions of fans and deep-pocketed crypto backers called “Lunatics” who have tied tens of billions of dollars’ worth of crypto to his ecosystem. On the other are critics who say he’s doomed to fail; some even liken his Terra stablecoin to a ginormous Ponzi scheme. This year, a group led by the 30-year-old bought more than $1.5 billion in Bitcoin to help prop up Terra, with plans to purchase as much as $10 billion worth of the token — a flash point for supporters and naysayers alike. “We’ve been making a lot of big moves. And that ruffles some feathers,” Kwon says. Tap the link in bio for the exclusive interview.

Firing a partner
Anyone ever have to fire a partner before? Could use some advice. The partner has shattered trust and it is not tenable to continue with him. We have a 50/50 LLC partnership. I think I just need to file and amendment to my articles of organization. I don't anticipate that my partner will object - he has a lot more to worry about than our startup. I would like to continue the business with as little interruption to business processes as possible - meaning I'd like to keep the LLC, the bank, the service provider accounts, etc. in tact. I could also use some moral support because my partner is also family. Thanks in advance.

how to find target audience
Hi everybody, My partner is a primary school teacher (which could be one of the targets) and has just decided to start being an independent seller of books for a larger scale company kind of like Avon but for books. Most if the books are based at youth level but offer a wide variety from, very 1st books to high school level educational books and just casual reads for the highest age range of 13+ My question is, how do I support her and help her find the right audience?

How many sites and staff can one person run? Help!
In the last 2 years my small business has grown from myself and 2 others working in one store to myself and 14 others across 3 stores. I’m exhausted. I completely underestimated how much energy this growth would sap out of me and today I find myself at home curled up in bed and refusing to go in. My primary issue is staff. The last time that all 14 people came to work when they were supposed to was over 100 days ago. It’s ridiculous. They’re paid well and working conditions are as good as I can make them. I’m kind. I’m flexible. Yet my staff take advantage of the me and the company at any chance they get. When I think I have one of the stores running great the other 2 fall apart. I have systems and processes in place that are not followed the second I’m not there and we repeatedly have the same recurring problems. I’ve been considering hiring someone tougher to replace me but I’m not sure this is the right move. Any advice?
