Itโ€™s baby bison season! Each spring, bison calves or โ€œred dogsโ€ are born across our public lands. Standing out with their bright reddish-orange coats, they bring big energy to the herd and spend their days happily frolicking through the open fields. Have you spotted any Casey's June beetles recently? Between late March & early June, both males & females emerge from their underground burrows. Females release pheromones from the ground to attract flying males. After mating, females return underground to deposit eggs. ๐Ÿ“ธUSFWS https://t.co/fA4o1cBzbm
