My Accountant Is Scamming Me
My accountant is SEVERELY overcharging me (I’ve checked with a bunch of other options) and I’m stuck in a weird situation. He never reaches out to me, overcharges the amount of hours billed and months ago even said that he made an “error” with my taxes where I randomly owed tens of thousands extra in taxes. When I ask for invoices they are very bland with little information. I’m going to switch accountants but for the time being I apparently owe him thousands for the work he’s “completed”. Any advice on what to do? He’s the worst accountant I’ve ever had. I just want to move on but I can’t pay for all of those BS invoices.

How can I find buyers of fresh fruits?
I want to export fruits (Guava, Jack-fruit, Mango, Sugarcane etc) mostly to European countries, especially to the UK and the Middle east countries. I had emailed some shop owners before but it did not work. I did not get any reply. Am I missing something?

Help with naming my company
Hello guys, I’m thinking about starting my own business on the side that will focus on self made anime and gaming merch. Right now I’m trying to figure out a good name and after several weeks me and some friends/family decided on “Puuchy”. Now I wanted to ask what you think about that because I’m from Germany so I only got german feedback but I want to go international at some point. Thanks for your help!

How do I get more lead and customers for my new catering business?
Just that really. I'm struggling currently. This is my page: [https://www.instagram.com/feskitchenuk/](https://www.instagram.com/feskitchenuk/) I offer Moroccan food. I tried buying adverts on Instagram and Facebook, creating a Google My Business account, advertising it on local Facebook groups and on Nextdoor Neighbour, adding reviews, creating a giveaway, but haven't had any luck. Thank you

Looking to start selling whole sales for my small business
Hi all! I started a small business in my local area where I make lip balms, lotions, deodorants, soap, etc l. I get GREAT sales when I do like an events or farmers market. Online sales slowly starting to pick up, like 3 a month. But I would like to make more money through whole sale. Now bar codes are expensive af, but I started looking into other local businesses such as hair salons, tattoo studios (I offer unscented lotion), abd other cosmetics places. Buttt I call them and they usually say no. I was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to sell my products in wholesale?

Business Address for LLC to get potential business loans help
Hi, I have a question regarding to the business address if it were to affect me to get business loans in the future. I have purchased a virtual business address at a commercial building with a suite number. I also hired a registered agent and they have provided me with a business address as well. It's the same address as the registered agent's address but with a different suite number. Would that prevent me from getting a business loan in the future? Is it better to go with the commercial building or the one the registered agent provided? Thank you!

Need help with inventory and sales tracker
We run 20+ weekly farmers markets. We are currently using a really old version of Microsoft access. I was trying to find a new alternative. I’m looking for a basic software that will track daily sales and how much inventory was sold. My hope is the new software can help us look at trends and over time sales. What software would be our best option?

Ops Supervisor Bonus Metrics
We are promoting someone from within our organization to an Operations Supervisor role. They are responsible for making sure daily tasks are completed, shipments are out on time, tracking staff attendance (but not necessarily managing staff), basically making sure what needs to get done is done on a daily basis. We have a small staff of 7 and everyone for the most part does their job with little need of help. This person will not be managing the staff directly or be responsible for growth. Just making sure things run smoothly as the owner is out of the office more. We have a performance based bonus structure for the rest of the staff. We want to incentivize this person for doing a good job and keeping the wheels moving but not necessarily tie it to a revenue model as they are not responsible for growth, the sales team is. What other metrics can you suggest for a position like this?

What types of physical products could be more valuable if they could be traded as futures contracts?
The premise: some products are subject to wide swings in future supply or demand for a variety of reasons. There’s no way to de-risk deliveries until they are accumulated in ways that allow leverage. (Example: DRAM semiconductor chips) What types of physical products can be described this way?

Experience finding marketing talent through MarketerHire, Mayple, or similar?
Does anyone have experiences hiring marketing talent using platforms like MarketerHire or Mayple?ow did it go? Conext: We are looking for a freelancer/small agency that can help us manage about $16k in monthly ad spend across Google and Meta. We currently work with an agency that charges about $3k/mo in management fees, and I was hoping to cut this in half. Not sure this is realistic - but it seems like our current agency spends only a few hours a week servicing our account (everything has been set up already, there are relatively few changes, campaigns are fairly automated at this point).

Guidance
Hello, I’ve been preparing myself for the start of my own small business, I have the ideas and I have faith that things will work out and my business will be extremely successful. I just don’t know how to go about getting funding. I don’t come from a family that has a load of money, and they aren’t financially literate, so I’ve been on my own here. I just want to know if there are any ways to go about starting a small business, securing a loan (not in my name), and getting started legally. Could someone help point me in the right direction please? Preferably those with a successful business of their own, i need guidance not random interferences.

How to find a CPA?
Has anyone found a good CPA online? I have exhausted referrals from my own personal contacts. Everyone I've reached out to is either 1. not a CPA (but a financial advisor instead) or 2. not taking new clients. What are some good reliable websites or approaches that people have used? I dont need links to the repositories to check CPA licenses, but rather a good way to find CPA names/reviews first. Any insights would be much appreciated!
