How to define your niche?

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie who wants to start an etsy business (i had few sales in the past and want to get back to my shop with different items) My question is, how do i find specific place in a big niche? Like for example I wanna sell chokers and stuff. I know that overall necklace niche is super saturated so I want to think of something more specific and also something that i would be able to create myself. But i can't really understand how small my target should be? Like, creating just one specific type of chokers is not a good thing too, right? I need to have different item types and different item variations in my shop? But where's that line between having no variety of assortment and trying to make too many different things out of niche?

Advice needed starting a preschool

My wife is planning to open up her own preschool out of our house first and move to a larger facility once established. In order to do so we will need to do roughly $10k of improvements to make it work. Paperwork for the licensing is completed. Should we start the LLC (or corporation, not sure) prior to spending money on improvements? If so what is the first step.

Hello! I usually just sell stickers and prints on my etsy store, but recently I've started selling at artist alleys. I've been operating from venmo and cash, but I was considering getting a card reader so that people can pay with that as well! However, I'm not sure how it works or what the best reader would be. Any advice or suggestions would be helpful! I also have an android phone, not an iphone, so any readers that link only to iPhones would not work :(
