Smiles from two tired dahlia dorks! Yesterday we finished up planting the last of the dahlias from the breeding program. 11,000 tubers and more than 250 varieties in total. It was a much slower process than normal since we were being so careful to not make any mistakes and keep things really organized. It was just me, trilliumfinch and copterchris with the maps, placing tubers and then we got help trenching, covering and putting in the pipes in for labels.
