Cruise lines could resume US operations by mid-July, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Thursday, sending the industry’s stocks up on investor hope that a more than year-long suspension could be nearing its end. Ships can begin limited sailings with passengers if 98 percent of its crew and 95 percent of its passengers are fully vaccinated, according to the CDC, which has met twice-weekly with cruise line reps over the past month to discuss how they can safely resume sailing from US ports. The CDC said it agreed to ease some requirements on testing and shorten the process through which cruise operators were required to apply for simulated sailings, which are required before passenger sailings under current CDC restrictions. If someone is a tailor and they alter someone's dress, and that person likes it at their first fitting, then a week later wants more changes, should the tailor charge for the new alterations?
Welcome any thoughts.

Customer (international) accidentally paid an invoice twice - do I keep the transfer fee for the refund?
Customer in the UK (I’m in the USA) inadvertently paid on the same invoice twice, so I now have a duplicate payment in my account which needs to be refunded. Of course that means I have to pay a wire transfer fee to get the money back to their bank. Is it unreasonable to take this fee out of the money I wire back to them? It’s only $7, but on principal I don’t want to pay for their mistake. Feels like a dumb question to ask, but having never run into this before, I wanted to see others’ thoughts. Thanks!

What type of Profitable Retail Store would you open if you had the opportunity?
There is about 1400 square feet of retail space becoming available at a good price in a small strip mall. It is in walking distance to about 400 new upscale apartments that are being built. There is currently a dollar store, clothing alterations shop, and Chinese restaurant in the strip mall. There is plenty of parking and signage. If you could put something there what would it be? What could make a profit there that is not a franchise? I was thinking dog/pet boutique but there has to be other ideas besides that one. All ideas welcome.

Does volatility reduce returns? Why do so many people care about creating low volatility portfolios?
Can someone explain to me why it seems like so much emphasis is placed on volatility. To me, volatility doesn’t not measure risk, it seems to measure fluctuation, which to me seems irrelevant. For example, if you invested in the total international stock market, there would be volatility, but essentially 0 risk of losing money. My main question is - All else being equal does volatility somehow reduce returns? Or are people just concerned with this measure from a behavioral perspective (e.g., don’t like to see there investments fluctuate). Thanks.

Biberk workers insurance audit letters
So I have 1 person llc and got Workers Insurance from Biberk from Nov 20 to March 21 and then I cancelled it. I have been getting notices about some kind of audit and today when I called them they stated that if i dont comply with the audit then i owe them $50 and it is going to collections. This audit is for how much i made during the period i had insurance from them. I am not understanding what they are asking for as I havent even filed taxes yet. Did not run any payroll either. Can anyone advice on whats they asking and what to respond. Appreciate it
