Liquor store
Hello fellow business owners. Has anyone on this sub owned a liquor store who can give me a quick feedback on owning this business. very busy liquor store became available for sale right in my neighborhood and I owned several businesses before but this one is new to me although owner willing to train me for as long as I need him to and I plan to start as a regular employee moving up to a manager position and eventually taking it over .Location is excellent in a very fast growing area and comes with the liquor license which is an investment itself and in my area they go for half a mill for license alone .It’s very hard getting into the business without knowing it so I would appreciate any feedback what to expect. Thank you

Teriyaki - names please
My family is starting a teriyaki restaurant (take out only at first). A lot of names around Seattle are like "Happy Teriyaki", "Yummy Teriyaki", etc. My name idea was Terry's Yaki but no one seems to like it. I need ideas, guys. What should we call it?

Cease and desist letter for libel
Hello, a disgruntled individual who had a bad experience with one of our clients keeps posting terrible reviews about my business on Yelp and Google. This libeler was never one of our clients. Yelp has has been good (!) about taking them down when we report these reviews. But he just keeps doing it. I think we have to escalate to a cease and desist letter so he understands the seriousness of his actions. Does anyone have experience with this, and does anyone have an sample cease/desist letter to share?

Website to connect people looking for somebody to take over a task/small job with possible service providers, e. g. students?
So basically I stumbled over this problem myself, where I wanted to offer dog-sitting or some other kind of job in the neighborhood and there was no convenient way of connecting with people looking for something like that other than going from door to door. My Idea is to create a website (maybe an App for mobile later) that connects students/young people willing to do little tasks for small money with potential clients in their local neighborhood. So far I haven't found something as specific as this, which is why i'm not sure if the idea is worth pursuing. Thoughts?
