Does the US have a market for “luxury” regional bus service east of the Mississippi/Texas?

Basically I noticed that quite a few senior citizens do not like taking planes, nor do they like long drives, or taking low end bus services like Greyhound. Do you think that regional luxury bus services could fill the niche for suburban senior citizens who have places to go, but they want to take a classier form of bus travel? Luxury passenger trains would be great, but there’s a big barrier to entry. My idea was to offer a few bus routes from popular American suburbs for 3-10 hour journeys. Some examples might be connecting: Nashville, TN Columbus, OH Cincinnati, OH Washington, DC Atlanta, GA Dallas, TX Houston, TX Austin, TX Charleston, NC Indianapolis, IN Chicago, IL Suburbs Milwaukee, WI Minneapolis, MN Oklahoma City, OK Kansas City, MO Omaha, NE The “hub” cities would likely be Chicago, Dallas, and Nashville.

I Split a 2-Family Real Estate Property With My Sister. How Should I Properly Handle the Rental Income?

**Scenario** * I own an LLC. * My sister does not (for now). * In March 2023, I went in 50/50 on a 2-family home with my sister. * The home came with existing tenants. **Question** Which method would make the most sense when the tenants pay their rent (whether through Zillow, Zelle, or other methods)? * The tenants pay my sister, my sister pays my LLC * The tenants pay my LLC, and I pay my sister * The tenants pay 50% of the rent to my sister & 50% of the rent to my LLC If none of the proposed ways above make sense, please help enlighten me :) I'm here to learn.

Starting off

Hello there, So recently got the chance to import/sell a new product in my country, it's kind of an expensive product compared to similar items, it's a special tea, that all I will say about it. So I'm still waiting for vpid number, I started thinking about possible places to sell this product, one of my ideas was airport lounges, hotels, exclusive shops/designer shops, stuff like that. As I said it's kind of expensive retail price is around 1.4 euros, and I live in a non euro nation. So the market is kind of slim for it. Any ideas/tips are welcome, Thanks

Moving a service business abroad?

I don’t actively have a running business yet, but I am preparing for it and was giving myself a year. My partner and I currently live in Canada and plan on staying here for 3-4 years, however, they’ve talked about doing a Ph.D. aboard and it has me thinking. How does it work/is it possible to start a cleaning/organizational business here in Canada and move it aboard to another country? But then how would clients work? Or do I wait 4-5 years until we’ve figured out where we are staying for a longer term?

Has anyone used skill share (or similar sites) to learn more about small business/ taxes/ finances? I'm wondering if it's worth it to check out some of the courses as I'm launching a service related company

What type of business should I run for passive income?

I'm a biz dev expert and host a business growth vodcast r/SharkBiteBiz but I don't know what business or what type of business I can do for myself successfully. I haven't come up with any ideas I like and also compliment my expertise and my day job career (and podcast business). Any suggestions or ideas? Would be grateful 🙏 for some out of the box thinking that can spur the creativity needed to launch something I'd be passionate about or at minimal, my wife can run (we are both bilingual but Spanish is her primary language and isnt the greatest with English yet, so maybe something focusing on Latinos or Latin America could be the idea we are missing). We have thought about this for years but outside the podcast we haven't found anything appealing. Thanks for comments and feedback!! David

TSYS merchant service Rates

TSYS. now Global Payments, raised my processing to 7% without my permission. Now they want to have me sign paperwork to lower my rates again. THey say this won't affect my ability to quit without penalty but I don't believe them. Anyway, the new rates they are giving me if I sign their agreement would make my processing .30 cents per transaction and 1.27% Anybody have better rates somewhere else?

Looking for honest feedback on website design

Hey guys, I created an online web store for my friend. As this is my first time creating a store for someone- I would appreciate honest feedback. She owns a physical location, but also wants an online store for click and collect. I used the shopify Crave theme- along with a 3rd part app for the product add-ons. First person instructional videos.

Always considered myself like a starving entrepreneur.. always coming up with ideas and plans, never carrying them out.. usually due to lack of funds. Anyway.. the idea of the day that popped in my head while I was brainstorming ideas for work is first person instructional videos. Get the gear and then find companies that make instructional videos for their employees. Offer a service to create first person versions of the instructional videos that they can intertwine with their third person videos.. or do it all for them. The company I work for would benefit greatly from first person instructional videos as we are a company that rents out construction equipment and are constantly getting calls on how to operate the equipment.

I'm in the process of opening a health food store. I recently did a stand at street fair in the town my business is opening in outside my shop. I ran an advertisement on both Facebook and Instagram and had great reception on both and multiple people visit my stand stating that they saw my ad.
