Phone Answering Service?

Currently have a business line at a bakery that just does not get answered as often as it should. The voicemail is a pain in the butt to use so a lot of the voicemails go unanswered. So I'm looking for either a voicemail service that I can receive either transcriptions to an app/email so that I can follow up on. or...maybe a nice friendly voice answering the phone call to take a message and pass it along to me. Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Should a non-US citizen with a US LLC file W-9 form?

Im a non-US citizen who doesn’t live in the US but I recently incorporated an LLC in Wyoming. I want to withdraw payment from Patreon to my LLC’s bank account and they ask me to fill a W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, or W-9 form before I can withdraw. I’m not sure which one I should be filling and if Im considered a US person or a foreign person. I would love to get some insight on this.

A New Scam??

So just got off the phone with a gal that says they are looking for products to put in two movies and they really liked our labels and think they would look really good on camera. Says the two movie names and the stars that are in them (Will Smith being one of them that I remember). Says there are two major cooking scenes in each of the movies. Then she does it…says there’s liability insurance and product insurance and it would only cost us $6000 to be in these movies. Seriously?? Scam?? We are a mom and pop so there’s no way even if this was real! I don’t think it is though.

How to sell services to a neighborhood without an HOA?

Let's say someone wants to sell snowplowing services. This is easy enough for individual driveways but how can someone do this for a private street without an HOA? How about a public street with poor city services? We've had dozens of neighbors already reach out, but I'm not sure how to get everyone on the block to agree to pay for something that benefits them whether or not they pay. Seems like someone must have already solved this problem but I'm stumped.

Which bank is best for creative services company?

Started up a creative services LLC that will feature video editing, graphic design, social media services etc... I have done tons of bank account research and have been struggling between Bluevine, Novo, and Lily. I plan to use Stripe for international clients and funnel the money into one of the above.
