Different Area Code on Business Number

So basically, I know I want to use Google Voice for my business line. I don't want to give out my personal. However I'm not sure about the area code being different than my location. For context, New Hampshire is a single area code state - 603. My issue is that Google Voice has **zero** 603 numbers available. I can get a Massachusetts one. But not NH. So here's my question. Does that seem like a turn off? I could get a 603 by getting a SIM card from a prepaid service and putting it in an old phone. But I don't want to juggle 2 phones once I get things off the ground. Do you think it *matters*? I'm just very unsure about it.

I have a building on a highway with 200,000 cars per day driving by. Tenant has left and I am looking for ideas to do a business in the space.

I considered small prebuilt houses or something similar. I am on a major highway right beside Toronto. I would like something that stands out from the other stores and businesses along this route (furniture, small sporting good, car dealerships). All ideas welcome!

US virtual office in Europe

I want to start a shopify store, but my country doesn't have a reliable virtual office service. Since i don't want to use my own adress as a business address, is it possible to make a virtual office located in the US while I live in Europe . And can I have customers outside of the US?

Building Marketplace

Need advise as to how to build a marketplace where vendor and client connect, and both have "profiles." Would like to know what site, apps and platforms to build on. Not looking to copy anyone, just a preliminary go - no go checklist if I was to launch. Will not go into details as to what field and who the clients are, so don't ask, please. Thank you in advance.

How to Land more commercial clients (apartment complexes)

I’ll try and keep this short and sweet. So I own several businesses now, and no longer is it worthwhile to go on small time house washes (power washing business). Last year I landed 2 apartment complexes and got a good taste in my mouth. A small apartment complex is still 8-10k, and margins are very very good! My biggest was $32,000! Over 70% margins and a week worth of work, it really is crazy. So the question is how do I land more? I really want to stop doing residential as a whole and land more home runs and run my other gigs along side of it. Anyone have any input on how to really get in front of property managers / owners of these complexes?

Any revenue streams by having access to tons of old government thinkpads and servers. Is there an avenue for them in a different market or the Raw materials?

Auction site in my area has tons of outdated laptops and technology equipment. Can get 100s of laptops for a dollar a piece or something like that.

What do I need to get started paperwork wise

For reference I am in the US, North dakota. I hand make items and want to start a boutique online plus go to vendor markets , craft fairs etc. I see people discussing llc vs DBA etc I know I do need to register with the irs too but it's all so confusing and I don't have the funds for a lawyer to handle it all for me either. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Also does the state offer any programs or such to help get small business owners started?

The most valuable legacy of Steve Jobs

When people talk about Steve Jobs and his impact on the world, many immediately think of him as the co-founder of Apple. But for me, his contribution to the world is not solely about the company he founded. Instead, it's the valuable lessons he left behind that are often overlooked and underappreciated. One of the most iconic speeches Jobs ever gave was titled "Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish," Despite being a brilliant mind, there was a point in Steve Jobs' life where he felt lost. However, he realized the importance of staying curious and always being hungry for knowledge and new experiences. This is a lesson that we can all take to heart. If you're feeling lost or uncertain about your path in life, it's important to remember that as long as you keep moving forward and never give up, you will eventually find your way. Feeling lost is a natural part of the journey, and it's up to you to keep pushing forward.

Dirt simple invoice on iphone?

I've tried several, now and they either want to have a whole bunch of info that will only ever be used once. I have a complicated inventory with many items having a unique price. It's faster just to write it out. I only want this to move data from where I deal with customers out in the field, to my desktop where I actually create the invoice. The latest one I tried was Zoho Invoicing. I can't figure out how to make it understand that I havewhite spruce in 14 sizes and conditions and that each one is a separate price. Worse: Filled in boxes are light blue on white and are too small to read in sunlight. I want to be able to have something that looks like this: Name Total $\_\_\_\_ Item size count price discount extension \- Pplok T1 30 $17.50 15% number \---- ---- ----- -------- -------
