Is this PPP fraud?
I play in a party band and I'm paid as a W9/1099 contractor. In 2020, our band owner applied for a PPP loan using the *entire* revenue of the band. He initially acted like he would be able to pay us some of the money from the loan, but ultimately didn't and said it was against the rules. Regardless of what he used it on (that's a whole other story) -- could this be considered PPP loan fraud since he used the entire revenue of the band (and not minus band pay)? Just curious. Thanks to anyone with insight.

Accountant Cost?
What do you pay for your accounting services? I'm moving from a spreadsheet to an accountant who will set up Quickbooks (which I will manage after QB is set up), file about 30 1099s, give advice, etc. and I'm pretty surprised how expensive the monthly fee and onboarding is. Wondering what the norm is for various levels of support from your accountant.

Any financing companies that will finance my clients purchases?
As the title says. I sell some large dollar amount items ($10k+). Sometime's I'll offer a payment plan, but I'd rather not deal with that burden, and also I'd prefer to get all the money up front. Does anyone know of any financing companies where it'd be easy to set up for my clients, then I'd receive the payment for services/products I'm selling?

Advice for dealing with impatient and rude customers without coming off as rude?
Noticeably in the last 2 years the number of impatient and rude customers have drastically increased. I operate a small, 2 employee, business with a very high output. Seems like a lot of people feel that every business is Amazon and can process/fulfill orders within 24hrs despite being told it would up to 7-10 business days. We get a lot of customers that will continually call checking on their order status even though it’s not delayed and still in process, rude when they call and aren’t able to get their order next day and don’t seem to understand that they must get in line behind the other orders that are still being processed.
