Trouble with naming a business

I've thought about a few names but, it always seems to be taken or to some of my close friends unsatisfying or it doesn't "pop out". Did some of you tackle this naming problem different? or should I just accept the first name that is available? Thanks for the responses ahead of time

Can I Sell "Fan Art" Legally?

So, I'm wanting to start a business where I make and sell things like stickers, pins, posters, etc. I wanted to make some things like pins featuring characters from various fandoms but all drawn by me. I highly doubt I'm going to be making a lot of money, nor do I plan to become a corporation, but I still don't want to step on toes. Some people mentioned licenses but no one mentions much else. Where do I go for this information? Is there a certain point I have to cross to get a licence? Do I have to go through every franchise I create from to get permission? What all do I need to know about this?

My business is licensed as a non profit. I do bereavement photography for still born, preterm babies and pets going over the rainbow bridge. These services are free of charge for the intended, but it gets deep into my own wallet with the free prints and travel. How can I advertise or receive donations for the cause?

I've been a people manager and have created various succession/career dev plans through that, have facilitated hundreds of interviews, and have 20 years of experience in my field, so I am confident that I can help others in a career transition into my field. Does anyone have any professional certifications in career coaching (or any type of coaching, for that matter)? Is it valuable for your biz in bringing in customers? B2B Marketing and Lead Gen Agencies for Small Businesses?

I'm a solo consultant serving nonprofits. I just started and am transitioning over from a career in nonprofits. Outside of using my network and participating in various relevant groups, I want to start building brand awareness and generating leads to develop a solid pipeline of clients. I'm anticipating this strategy will be largely focused on LinkedIn since I'm B2B. Marketing is not my area of expertise, and I have a limited number of hours in the day, so I'm considering hiring someone/an agency to do this work. I have a limited amount of money to spend now, so I can't do something that will cost thousands per month into perpetuity. Other business owners that have done this before - how much benefit do you believe there is in hiring experts for this? Do you have any recommendations for companies that provide these services? When responding to an RFP/RFQ, is there a proper way to propose two possible options?

I got an RFQ from a government entity for a basic service I offer. After an in-person tour of their facility, it seems they may be very interested in a different service I offer. Honestly I would like to offer them both options in my response. Is this normal? Should I put both options in one response, or make two separate proposals altogether? Sorry, I'm completely new to this RFQ/RFP stuff and just learning on the fly.

Working capital—where to get loan?

My wife and I are purchasing a successful small business in August. The seller is owner financing the purchase of the tangible and intangible assets which is great but we would like to have cash on hand for all the various expenses that will arise (including pay roll) prior to getting cash flow moving again and moving clients over etc. Where should we look for a loan for working capital? Not interested in private money.
