'Franchising' lawn care?
I run a small lawn cutting service with my son. We have all the clients we want, but receive inquiries daily looking for service. We don't want to add employees but we were thinking that his friends would really do well running something similar. They are all 14-18 and looking for flexible work. We were thinking of offering them 'franchises' where we would handle everything except the estimate and mowing. They could each have an area of town and when we got an inquiry for an estimate we could schedule it for them. They then decide how much to charge and how often to mow. They contract with the customer. At the end of the month we would invoice and collect for them. We would charge a couple bucks per account per month. Does this even sound plausible? Any thoughts or advice is greatly appreciated.

What To Do With Small Business Savings
Hopefully this is relevant in this community. I have a staining business (LLC). It is a side hustle and I generally don’t use it’s proceeds for my personal spending or transfer any to my personal accounts. I have $25k roughly sitting in business savings. What can I do to maybe let it earn a few dollars while it sits? T-bills, stock account, etc? Not sure what’s feasible or “smart”. Maybe the answer is, I just pay myself and invest it, but I’d rather keep the money in the business incase it is needed.

Wanting Business ideas
I understand it’s not as simple however I’m a young university student with plenty of free time and am able to devote time to learning new skills. Whilst I understand it’s important to monetise things you enjoy, I’m looking for suggestions of things to try to see if I enjoy them and can monetise them. For reference i study economics and am quite a quantitative person

The dynamic content would be updated whenever the email is opened. Is Unison Marketplace a good place to start off with government contracting?
Is Unison Marketplace a good place to start off with government contracting? Bidding on the large contracts on SAM is quite intimidating and I was hoping to start off with something smaller in the tens of thousands of dollars range, hence why I'm considering bidding on Unison Marketplace. It's just that the space is apparently hyper competitive and so the margins are very slim, and I don't know if I'll be able to compete with that. If anyone has experience with winning bids on unison marketplace I'd love to hear it.

Dealing with Instagram bots - to delete or not to delete?
I've been using Instagram as a platform to promote my shop. However, every time I post, particularly when using Etsy-related hashtags, I am inundated with bot comments advertising "pay to post" accounts. I recently posted about an upcoming sale and within 2 minutes, 10 bot comments appeared. I'm considering deleting these comments as they make the post look spammy, but I've heard that even this kind of engagement benefits the algorithm, leading to more visibility. How do you deal with these bot comments?

My small business has a line of credit. Interest compounds daily. Would a small business loan be a better/smarter option?
Essentially, I own a small temp agency that pays our temps weekly, but since we don't get paid for 30-45 days, we are constantly needing cash to pay our employees. The company is in the green, and each time we borrow money from our Line of Credit, we know we have that money+ coming back. Would a small business loan or some other option work better in this situation?

viral marketing for influencers only
what's up, this isn't going to be a conventional method of SMM like FB ads or SEO but if you only care about if the method brings results then please have a read: Are you familliar with how Andrew Tate used multiple accounts to post clips to appeal to instagram/tiktok algorithm and get a lot of exposure? I can recreate that because I got a lotta smart phones laying around. I can setup 50 or more accounts on instagram from different phones, post your clips on them, manage them for you and drive back massive views to your main account for a monthly fee there's 2 requirements though: \-you must have enough clips, we will be posting daily \-this can only seems to work on influencer accounts for many reasons Hit me up if you're interested

Need some feedback please
Not sure if this post is allowed, I will remove if not I am considering opening my own business and wanted to get some market research prior to making a decision. I am a Lead capture and proposal manager for companies looking to win commercial and government contracts to drive their capacity and profit. I currently maintain a 91% win rate and have won $2.2B for clients. In essence, my team would be a company’s outsourced business development, strategy and marketing department. There would also be an e-commerce side that would allow templates, matrices, documents, educational videos to purchase. So my question - would this even be of interest/valuable to you? Please give me your honest feedback and thank you so much for being a part of my research!

Back door Roth and 401k plans for small businesses
Hi Guys, I've been hearing a lot about backdoor roth and was interested in being able to take advantage of this. We have about 10 employees with a 401k matching program of 100% of the first 3% + 50% of the next 2% of their contributions. We're currently using Guidelines as our provider and they apparently do not allow for after tax contributions because "it would cause a “safe harbor” 401(k) plan to lose its exemption on ACP and Top Heavy testing. " Can someone please explain under whether small businesses like ours simply won't qualify for back door ira contributions because of this? What are some conditions that would make this a viable option for small businesses owners who want to take advantage of this other than the fact that you are the only employee in your company? Thank you guys for your help.
