I own a mobile detailing business and I’m looking to pitch my services to bigger companies with fleet trucks (think Coca-Cola, LAYS, fedex etc)
How would i go about doing this? I’ve never written a proposal in my life. Thankfully I’ve got the market in my area cornered and can kind of set prices how i want as far as private consumers goes. And how should i present this to this companies in my area? Do i just send them an email or just kinda show up unannounced with a folder full of papers and a business card attached?

My best friend and I have a small business where we sell 3D printed objects on Etsy, we are hoping to scale up and are struggling with long distance inventory management.
So when we opened the shop we lived very close together, and keeping up on everything was easy as we would see eachother daily, however over the last few months we’ve both been moved around the country and are now working in a very remote sense. We are seriously struggling with managing our inventory between the two of us, as both of us have 3d printers and that is our business we both create inventory and have no centralized system so what kinds of software or advice could help us here? Also we are having a difficult time with a “print queue” we sell lots of different items and 3d printers are slow and only make one item at a time and we often have too many of one item and not enough of another, is there some type of software that could manage both of these tasks?

John McAfee, the creator of the McAfee antivirus protection software, was found dead in his jail cell after a preliminary ruling by a Spanish court that he would be extradited to the U.S. to face tax evasion charges. He was arrested in Spain for failing to file tax returns for four years. He had been in jail since Oct. 6, facing charges that he hid significant assets which included real estate and a yacht. The cybersecurity pioneer’s defense had argued that the extradition request was politically motivated and therefore wasn’t appropriate. Read more at the link in our bio.

House prices have set records in the US and parts of Europe despite the Covid-19 crisis. The median price for US existing houses rose a record 23.6% year on year to a high of $350,300 last month with every region of the country recording increases, the National Association of Realtors said. Europe’s housing market has also kept climbing. In the Netherlands, existing house prices rose 12.9 per cent in May from a year earlier, the fastest growth rate since 2001. The number of residential property sales declined in both the US and the Netherlands, even as prices continued to rise, suggesting that demand is outstripping supply. 'Young people and middle-class families are forced to participate in a rat race, overpaying in an overheated housing market,' a Eurosceptic Dutch MEP said. Social Media, Influencers, & Marketing
I’ve seen similar questions asked before around the Internet, but there has always been very vague answers. I’m a very straightforward person, so I’d like to know honest answers. 1. How much do you/have you paid a social media influencer to promote your product or service? 2. How many followers did they have? 3. How much did you pay for a YouTuber to sponsor them to promote your product/service? 4. What were your requirements of said influencers to promote? 5. Did you see any increase in sales/traffic as a result of hiring the influencers? I ask for a few obvious reasons. However, I’ve noticed that on YouTube a lot of youtubers are promoting the same company/product, but some are super lazy about how they promote it, while others make it really exciting. How would you handle a situation in which the influencers did not promote your product as contracted?

Can a UK non VAT registered small business pay ex VAT prices for equipment?
I'm a small UK business owner not registered for VAT (income under VAT threshold). I want to buy a server from scan.co.uk for £4k. I won't be able to claim back VAT from my customers as I'm under the threshold and don't charge them VAT. Will scan.co.uk, and others, sell to me at the ex VAT price? Or is it expected that the only way to pay ex VAT price is to include VAT in my purchases and claim back the VAT? If so, how do I do that when I'm below the VAT threshold, the not registered for VAT?

Benefits vs Comp
We have an employee who wants more comp in lieu of benefits (she gets medical via a spouse). If we would normally pay base salary + taxes + 100% of medical - tax deductions, how do I get from there to "this is how much more money we can give the employee" such that THE COMPANY'S net out-of-pocket is identical? Is there any reason we should or should not do this? Edit: sorry if this is a stupid question.. this is not my area of expertise.. at all.
