Residential/commercial cleaning services opportunities?

Hello! What is the way to gain commercial clients for cleaning services? My husband has over 15 years of janitorial experience and is highly regarded by his peers and previous supervisors and coworkers. Is it overly saturated now, or is this a step in the right direction to start his own cleaning business?

Operating as a 1099 contractor in TN. Should I go LLC or Sole Proprietorship?

Just went to a contractor position with my current company so I can go to school and work less. I live in TN, the company is in Florida. I will be getting a 1099. I heard I can write off some rent, internet, etc and was wondering if I should go LLC or sole proprietorship, or is it not worth it? I will be getting about $2000 a month, my rent is $1800 not including utilities. I will also be getting money from the GI bill while attending school so I won’t be completely broke.

How do I let people know about my software?

I am a blockchain developer and i recently created a software product. It is a crypto payment gateway tailored for everyone, whether inside or outside the space. I already made some contacts and managed to sell the solution for multiple businesses and the software proved to be robust and scalable, my only problem is that i want to be able to bring in more consumers since i see this software to have a lot of potential. how can I make a mass audience learn about my product?

Can somebody explain to me why cashflow is more important than profit?

My dad’s a businessman, and he always told me that it’s all about cashflow. I run my own successful business now and I don’t even know what cash flow is. All I care about is profit, ie the amount left in my bank account after paying all expenses and taxes. How could anything be more important than that?

Would one be interested in a service that does market research and business analysis for their small business?

I feel as though many people lack the time and motivation to do market research, which subsequently can lead entrepreneurs to go into their industry blindly. I've seen restaurants, Saas businesses, and brick and mortor stores fail because they just wanted to open. My idea is to have an agency that aims to provide deep market research, strategic planning, and financial analysis, as I have access to people who can perform these tasks. Would anyone be interested in this kind of service when developing another business?

Should I open in my state or the state i plan to do businesss in?

Hello all! I plan on opening a vape store in Mississippi soon but the problem is that I live in Tennessee and I am unsure whether or not I should open my LLC in my homestate or the one I will be doing business in. I've heard if I open in Mississippi I open myself up to double taxation and that's not something I'm wanting to run in but if I open in Tennessee I have to register as a foreign LLC to Mississippi and that can be time consuming. If anyone has any advice on the matter it would be greatly appreciated . Thank you!

How does anybody make money off of ads?

With a 1.5-2% conversion rate, and selling $20 tees, making $10 a sale, I can’t seem to find any way I could make money with ads? The cost of the ads (I’ve checkedTikTok, instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, google ads) always outweighs the max amount I’d be able to make off the ad. But I see tshirt ads all the time, so what sort of ads am I supposed to run that won’t cost more than the amount I’d make back? Thank you! Hi everyone, I wanted to track my receipts and decipher them to know how much my business spends on food and how much it spends on other things such as office supplies and utilities.
