The 7th headstand is basically balancing on your elbows with your hands touching your shoulder blades. Has anyone been able to do this one?

Afraid to lift my legs up for shirshasana
Hi, I've been practicing for almost 2 months and made a huge progress, especially with shirshasana. With the help of my teacher I can hold myself for a nice 20 seconds. So.. in the past couple of weeks I've practiced and managed to lift myself up by myself but can't seem to straighten my legs up, only half or ¾ way.. I figured it's a fear from falling but I don't know how to break this mind barrier. (Tried to have a pillow in front of me in case of crushing and it did seem to work for basic confidance but not more.) Any tips?

Trying to achieve wheel pose with a twisted humerus.
I really want to be able to do a good wheel pose for the health of my back, but my left humerus is twisted from being previously broken, because of this if I try to get left arm into position for the wheel pose the elbow tends to be flaired out. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for how I could adjust the exercise to make it eaiser. I can currently only do around 3-4 pull-ups, so I'm also wondering if it's partly weak shoulders.

Confused beginner
So I have done yoga four times now. Due to my temporary situation attending a yoga class is not plausible. I have tried watching videos, but I have yet to find a video that I can keep up with. Would it be more beneficial to just google poses and start working on those until I have the strength of the people in the videos? Is breathing and visualization more important than the physical aspect? It is something I have immediately fallen in love with, but I feel so ignorant that I do not even know how to start. Thanks for any direction you can toss my way.

Why did you stop teaching yoga?
Anyone who use to be a yoga teaching but stopped and not because of low pay? I work full time and teach yoga once a week, but it’s not turning out to be as fulfilling as I had hoped. I realise that I would rather take this time to deepen my practice rather than deepen my teaching. Can I have some advice on whether this is just temporary and if I should continue?

An amazing teacher plays a sad song during savasana
My otherwise awesome teacher has played this one song for every savasana with themes of unrequited love. It’s ruining my meditations. I feel like my brain is being hijacked while vulnerable. I don’t want any words at all, but especially not ones that make me sad. The first time I tried to ignore it, the next few times I attempted to plug my ears. Today I just couldn’t even try to meditate during savasana. Is it appropriate for me to say something about this? How should I approach it? The teacher is not the studio owner.

Hot Yoga: how do you survive?
Alright, I’ve been doing yoga for 20 years, I’ve been a yoga teacher for 7, and I’m trained in many types of yoga, but I have *never* done a hot yoga class because I easily get light headed and because I simply don’t like being hot. However, I just got hired on a studio that is requiring me to take a hot yoga class and pass their training to teach it. I’ve been dreading it all week because I’m afraid of getting sick. How do you manage? Any tricks or tips? Am I gonna die?
