Credit Card Purchase Requirementnts
I was told a long time ago by the owner of the liquor store I worked at that having say a $10 min purchase to use a credit card is a violation of the card company’s terms. Yesterday I was buying a pizza and they wanted to charge me a $1 transaction fee for the credit card purchase, I would think this is also not in alignment with the CC’s terms. Can anyone verify this? AITA if I report the pizza shop to the credit company?

I want to open a business in upstate NY. where can I learn about owning a business?
I want to open a bar in upstate New York where we make a lot of our own alcohol on site and age them in barrels and whatnot but also have a lot of the stuff you would normally see in a bar. I just want to know where I can go to get the resources to know how to run a business. taxes, expenses, upkeep, all that kind of good stuff?
