Lawn mowing business
Hello! I have recently started a lawn mowing business and was wondering what I should do to find more customers. I currently only have 1, who I found on Nextdoor and they want me every few weeks. Should I try cards and leaflets? I am not sure which site to use to create the cards/leaflets, bare in mind I want to spend as little as possible, due to my budget being £25. What other ways can I find customers? Thanks.

Is being/feeling like a middleman ok?
I am thinking of start a tutoring business where in find students and set them up for virtual tutoring sessions with a team of tutors I "hire." Pay structure wise, I thought I would charge $x an hour depending on length, frequency, age, etc., me keeping 25%, with the other 75% going to the tutor. To avoid the pitfall of me being irrelevant, I'll add a clause to the tutors contract contract (I assume I'd see a lawyer for all this??) about moonlighting leading to non-renewal for both parties. Currently have paralysis, but I have 14 more years on my life plan to make it work as a side business. Thanks! Edit* I guess my question is how do I not let the fear of relying on taking a cut (middle-manning) stop me?

Capital requirements for a distribution company
Looking at buying and selling servers, my friend is an IT Director and has been in the industry for quite some time. Has connections with suppliers and as an IT Recruiter iv made connections with a lot of infrastructure mangers over the years. We have 25k for our first purchase and I’m worried this isn’t nearly enough to sell at competitive rates - considering the bigger corporations get better deals from suppliers with how much money they have. Anyone have any idea of a good starting spot here?

Solution to rising inflation and housing crisis
My rent has recently been raised which is common in our current economy. I receive no equity for my rent payments and housing prices are soaring. Furthermore inflation is eating up our monthly salaries. My friend and I have been brainstorming for business ideas to create a system where tenants receive equity for each rental payments in the form of tokens which are backed by equity and therefore are inflation protected since real estate prices are correlated with inflation. We created a subreddit called tenanttoken to hear the opinions of others and discuss ideas to create such a project.

Finding name for small business
Me and my friend are trying to establish a small business selling retro and special edition soccer jersey, we are really struggling with the name can you all tell us some potentiall good names? Thanks in advance. P.S/ where we live currently there is a trend for naming business with 1 word from our language, these are some examples of some successful business names: expert, demand, delicious, cure, bag they use these simple words but they choose a fancier synonym. I will be really thankful if you can provide me with some words like that.

I want to buy a business. List prices 155K. We have 25K liquid, plus another 12k in investments that we can liquidate fast. The business is perfect and the paperwork is immaculate. However, the seller needs the deal closed by no later than July 31st. What is the fastest route to funding? Any advice on going with the SBA?

Best quality VOIP call provider from India to the World?
We recently starting exporting our products and need a good quality cheap calling service for transactional as well as sales purposes. Network Operators are pretty expensive and that is why i tried switching to Viber but then many a times the quality of the calls are not up to the mark, still not sure if the problem is on our end or the receivers end because some of the times the quality is decent. I took a plan for Skype but then after paying for it, realised that I cant get an Indian number on the app for the business🤦♂️ Any other good quality cheap options ?

I'm promoting my friend's small business. They sell soap, candles, lotion, bath bombs, loofas, +more!
* Go to [www.soapsbygeorgette.com](https://www.soapsbygeorgette.com) * to buy luxury soaps, lotion, candles, bath bombs, wax melts +more on their website or in store! * their soap is good for dry and itchy skin, exfoliating, eczema, acne, and hydrating your skin! * I would recommend the honey and oatmeal soap for dry skin and itchy skin. * the candles, lotion and bath bombs make great gifts + they smell amazing <3 * everything is 5-10 dollars (including shipping) and 30$ for a whole loaf of soap that can be cut with a kitchen knife. * you can also find them at the B & A flea market 2201 SE Indian St, Stuart, FL 34997

Help needed with the name of my company
I'm creating a 3D scanning business to help real estate agents, cultural organisations and business grow their opportunities online and I struggle to find a good, easy to pronounce, short name for it. I wanted to go for HyperScan but the domain has already been bought by someone trying to resell it for more... Any of you guys have any ideas ? PS: I live in a french speaking country but I don't mind English names as long as it's not too hard to understand for someone else.

Powerful, high-impact feedback conversations do three things: 1. Start with openness and humility. 2. Intend to help the employee grow, rather than to show them they were wrong. 3. Invite the employee into the problem-solving process. https://t.co/xgZG1BIzU4
