Can I get in trouble with blizzard if I use wow in my domain name?

For example, lets say I'm selling male deos that have nothing to do with World of Warcraft (wowdeo.com) Could I get in trouble with blizzard for this?

Forming an LLC out of state

I recently moved close to my brother to form a business. I mentioned that I was going to form an LLC in Wyoming for all its benefits. He mentioned that may not be a good idea because in the area, people like to know you are local. That is what he's been accustomed to while building his business for 5 years in this area. Does this matter in any sense as to people actually look where your llc is formed? Do people actually look at where you LLC is formed? I explained to my brother that I do have a number with the same area code and all my social media mentions the specified town Was wondering if my brother has a point or not.

Hello there, I started a post a few months ago wanting other multi business owners solutions for how to operate multiple business lines from one phone. I have decided to use openphone as my solution. I am currently using an iPhone 13 Pro Max as my daily for both business and personal as my work starts to expand I realized I should have separated them sooner than later. I also have an old iPhone 11 Pro Max that does not currently have service. I plan to either use the the iPhone 13 Pro Max that I currently have and convert it to personal only and use the older iPhone 11 for work on a carrier with a number for the holding company and using the addition of openphone for my other businesses or vice versa. Would love to hear everybody’s take on it, would you use the newer phone for business? The older phone? Any cons about either? Just trying to see if maybe there was an angle I didn’t see. My LLC is now within a seemingly oversaturated business, how do I perform a market analysis without going down a rabbit hole?

My business focuses on 1) Doctorate coaching 2) General Academic Support 3) Content Expert Consulting and 4) Digital Decluttering services. For the most part #1-3 is oversaturated. Hi, I’m starting a business where I need submissions from underprivileged children, aged 9 or less. It really does benefit them, as they get a chance to make money if their submissions are selected. I need a better method than just emailing elementary schools and homeless shelters, as this isn’t yielding many responses.
