When it comes to having a small business, if a person does not have enough of a certain quota of individuals hires, is it common for the federal/state/local govt to file a lawsuit against them alledging "discrimination"? I've read about it in large corporate organizations, but, small business?

What to do about managers
I have a multiple location business in the US. One of my branches had a serious issue this week and while investigating it we uncovered a lot of other issues. I have Hourly workers working off the clock, with management knowledge. I have managers punching the clock for hourlies I have managers using and allowing THC products in a dangerous industrial environment Every person that works there has a key to the building and they come and go as they please. I have completely lost my faith in my managers because they are closing ranks and evading questions. I know what I have to do, but they are hundreds of miles from me and it's going to be a struggle to keep the doors open. One of them is a close friend I've worked with for a decade and a half. They are also intimately familiar with my products and my customers so them working for a competitor while I'm weak with replacement management is also a major worry. How do I deal with this mess?

What is Cost Structure?
I am currently writing a lean business plan using the outline on the [SBA.gov](https://sba.gov) website, and I am having a little trouble wrapping my head around the concept of what cost structure is and more specifically how would I develop a cost structure strategy for my business. The business is an industrial company focusing on the design and manufacturing of products. Thank you in advance!

Where to get advice on a business name?
When you were starting your business, how did you validate your business name? I've been running surveys using Survey Monkey and CloudResearch, but would like additional input from people more specific to the industry.

What should I learn and steps to take to open a small used car dealership, I am 18 in high school
As of right now I currently work at a Lincoln dealership. I started as a lot attendant but now I shadow mechanics and work with the salespeople to learn both sides of the industry. As of right now this is what I am doing myself to learn more, but what are some other things I should do to better prepare myself? How can I start once I have acquired the needed capital and knowledge and is it even worth it to try? I love cars, I have found and convinced many friends and family members on buying any kind of car based on their needs and preferences ever since I was very young. I am planning to go to college, but I will probably go out to get a job within the industry after college as a salesperson and learn the ropes.

How do I change the Instagram Profile displayed on my small business page?
Hey all, so the Instagram profile displayed on my business' google page isn't the profile of my business (refer to attached image). How do I go about changing it to my actual business' profile? Ironically, Googling around didn't help much.

Website & SEO Advice
So my dads going solo selling wills, trusts and LPAs. He’s asked I help him get a website setup. I’m reasonably tech savvy; but I’m not a web developer. For my old job I had to setup some micro sites and online stores (shopify/squareup/square space); but they were always short term promotions for a client with an existing website. I think it only needs to be a basic site with a home page / services / contact / about. So my questions are… - Is it worth paying someone to setup a website? - Should I just do it myself? - Do I need to look at something more like WordPress for a proper website? - Is SEO super important? Is it worth paying someone to sort that? Thanks in advance

Bingo Cards
Hi, I am trying to create some customer loyalty before I pay for the point system attached to my Square POS system. I was thinking a Bingo Card would be a good idea to bring people back in and the winner would receive a gift card. Anyone have any thoughts on this or ideas?

Scheduling/payments/management system for small beauty salon
Hi. My wife just opened a beauty salon, she does not have any employees yet. She works of pen and paper now. I am looking fo a platform that would make her work easier and help her get more clients. I've been looking into many different platforms and these are the ones that I am considering: - Acuity - Glossgenius - Vagaro - Ovatu (new) - Square - Booksy - Styleseat Most of the local salons use Booksy or Square but I believe the others offer more for less. She would need all the standard features such as - appointment booking, - reminders, - client management, as well as: - POS with a card reader - intake form/questionnaire for new clients Which system would you recommend?
